Well all i can really say is that i am very happy with my new bike. Customer service was great very friendly, very nice not pushy at all. There attitude was outstanding. This was the atmosphere through out the store every employee that i was in contact with while i was in the store was great. It was the best vehicle purchase experience i have ever had. This is my fourth Harley bike at this time and now my favorite. Just go to El Cajon Harley Davidson dealer and enjoy the experience like i did you wont regret it.

I went to El Cajon Harley Davidson to get my husband, who absolutely deserves it, a bike.(It was a suprise) I, not knowing exactly what I was doing, was greeted by Sebastian, he was awesome. Super nice, and helpful and showed me the bike I was looking for. He actually handled the virtual sales so he handed me off to Cesar. Cesar, was super patient and informative. Sebastian and the staff were awesome. I had a great time getting my bike. They were all happy for me because I was happy. I live more than 2hrs away from the dealership, so I told Sebastian that I wanted make sure everything was approved and ready when I got there and no surprises. Too bad they are so far away, I would go there just to visit. The experience was great with no pressure. I appreciate that because I have no problem walking out on a pushy salesperson. Not one person in there was pushy. It was an awesome experience.

WOW just a fantastic experience. I have always had sport bikes for the last 14 years and made the change to a Harley and first the good started with El Cajon Harley Davidson! Super nice and easy to work with. I went to Riverside Harley Davidson and San Diego Harley Davidson and did not have very good experiences so my last attempt with Harley Davidson was by going to El Cajon Harley Davidson and they blew my expectations out the door. Best motorcycle buying experience I have had to date. Do to my credit I was not able to get into the exact bike I had my hart set on but El Cajon Harley Davidson showed me options that may better fit my budget and we found a bike that filled in all the boxes and I could not be happier. I am truly grateful that El Cajon Harley Davidson got me out of the bad financial deal I was in on my old bike and they sold me on the riding style of a Harley Davidson. I think I have become a Harley Davidson customer for the rest of my riding days. Cant wait to start customizing the bike in a few weeks with El Cajon Harley Davidson, I am hopeful there parts and service department will make me just as happy as the sales and finance team did. Amazing staff. So helpful and want to get you out riding without rapping your hard earned money out your wallet. And who can beat the free tire install? I bought a fresh set of rubbers recently and not only were the tire less than many other harley dealers around town with no install fees. Thats savings. (100-200bucks cheaper than any other HD dealer in town)

My husband and I purchased a beautiful used bike in the beginning of July from the El Cajon dealership. The experience of buying the bike was great and even fun since it was a holiday weekend. One thing we did make clear before agreeing to the purchase was that we had a trip scheduled early August and we absolutely needed the handle bars switched out. The team checked with parts and said that it would be possible to do and even worked the cost into the purchase of the bike. Now were at the end of July and the dealership seems to be avoiding follow through and one lady even said that she remembered ordering my parts yesterday?? They said they ordered the parts when we bought the bike! One person said bring the bike in over a week ago and we did. Then they said they couldnt work on it until the 27th and we brought the bike back home. Now its the 27th and they dont have parts. Were being told that it may be another month or two until they can complete the handle bars. Its horrible. Someone said they needed a throttle cable and another said its not the throttle cable but the control module they dont have yet (thats what she said she ordered yesterday) . Makes no sense and were getting different stories. So ultimately we may need to go to Cyle Pros to get this done on time which will cost above what Ive already paid El Cajon Harley. Im left feeling like it was all fake talk to get us to make the purchase and no honest conversations because everyone says something different. Do not buy your bike from this dealership!! They have no integrity!

El Cajon Harley is having a live band right now its not that crowded its an outside venue but the store is open and the parts counter is open so if you have nothing to do come on down and enjoy some live music. Not sure who the band is but they sounded pretty good, I just stopped in to grab a shirt for a friends birthday tomorrow. God bless

I bought a V-rod from them. I also purchased extended warranty. Bike had issues only 3 weeks later. I took my bike to the service and HD could not verify my warranty. Called the dealer several times but the guy I bought the bike from was no longer working there and later found out that they didnt even send my warranty information in. HD informed me it would at least take 2 weeks before they can verify my account. In this age, everything is done manually and nothing by electronically and I had to wait for two weeks to get simple part replaced. They could have FedEx my info to correct their mistake, but most likely it was done with the standard mail after finding out they forgot to send it in. Overall, I am happy with my bike, but bad experience.

Entire staff is super attentive and very professional. Just got back on a street bike yesterday after a 23 year hiatus. Sebastian is a great salesperson and everyone from finance to service to parts was top notch. Lots of hustle from the staff but without being pushy in any way. No hidden fees or games at closing like you get at some car/bike dealers. Pegs added and bike dropped at my house less than 2 hours after purchase.

Was on vacation in San Diego and went to all the different harley davidson shops in the area and I would have to say that echd was by far the best experience and friendly staff by far. Ended up purchasing a 06 deuce from from them. Ruthie and Vanessa and Ron were some of the best help with the purchasing of my first hog and shipped to my house in Arizona and the rest of the staff was A+. I stay out of here unless I absolutely have to. Service is subpar. No regard for customers or their time, the fact that you spent $20,000 on a Harley there at one point means absolutely nothing to them. Wasted my saturday, spent 25% more than was told over the phone, among a couple other things in the 4 hours I was there. Some things never change.

I went to El Cajon Harley, just to look at a 2018 Road King that I saw on their web page, without any intention to buy it, but 4 hours later, after looking at all of the new and used bikes, I ended up buying the one I came to look at. Gabe and the Sales staff were very patient and helpful and even gave me what I asked for on my trade in, without even seeing it until the next day. (I did not misrepresent its condition.) I ordered a Tour-pak, color matched from the factory, and opted for an extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc., and even with everything managed to keep the payment and interest rate within the parameters that I wanted. Since then, I have purchased a lot of riding gear, etc. there and everyone there treats their customers well, even when I had an issue with my service, it was resolved quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. Its been almost a year now, since I got the Road King (my 1st Harley) and I have to say the new M8 motor, and new suspension, plus the Rushmore improvements, make for an excellent bike. I never thought I would ever buy a Harley, due to vibration, reliability and price, but Harley has improved their bikes so much over the years that the quality is stellar in the new bikes. (Mine is a 2018) Also, the price was $6,000+ less than the 2017 Road King that I had looked at from another dealer in the area, that I wont name. After getting used to the bike, I LOVE IT! Ive had every kind of bike imaginable, and still have a few others, but if I ever had to sell them, and keep just one, this 2018 Road King would be the one Id keep! I got in an accident with my Ultra Classic 2007 model El Cajon Harley-Davidson big hit at $12,000 but they want to replace everything that was even scratched on the Chrome or anyting until the insurance company decided that they was going to claim a total loss I took it across the street to Performance Chopper they completed all the work it rides perfectly and they did it for 6400 I will never take my bike to El Cajon Harley again.

I was finally ready to start looking for a new bike after I sold my Forty Eight (which I also bought at El Cajon Harley) a few years ago. I called to make an appointment to come look at a Street Bob at El Cajon and was super stoked when Brett the GM was able to get me in that same day.Brett and his staff were awesome-- super friendly and knowledgeable! The shop was incredibly clean and organized, and Brett was ready for us when we walked in and had the bikes all set up to look at.I wasnt planning on buying a bike today, but I absolutely fell in the with the bike and the amazing, unbeatable deal that Brett offered me. I’m quite certain I couldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere else. Added bonus: it was delivered to my house within an hour of when I finished signing the paperwork.If you want a Harley, call Brett at El Cajon Harley. 10/10 you will have a great experience. I will absolutely go back!

As a returner to the motorcycle community I was a little uncertain as to what bike to buy. I actually purchased a smaller motorcycle of a different brand. I think I did this because I was still not sure what I was interested in or what I might feel comfortable riding. After a few weeks on the smaller bike I started to realize that I wanted to a bike that I had thought about as a young kid. Harley, for me, is “the motorcycle” it personifies the American muscle bike mentality. Like the muscle cars of the 70’s do for America’s automobiles. All in all, I am finally an owner of what feel is American history. It was a great experience to work with the staff and even a few customers at the dealership, the Harley community is a great tradition that hopefully I will be apart of.Thank you to El Cajon Harley and all that they did to help me get on a Harley.

I bought my Roaster at El Cajon Harley Davidson and I am extremely disappointed. The sales guys are nice but the finance manager Vanessa is rude as all can be when trading in this bike for an upgrade. I refuse to give them another dime, whether in sales or service. You should treat your return customers like GOLD. Repeat customers are a known commodity and lead to simpler transactions.When I was sold this bike, it had drag bars on it, and cant see anything in the rear view mirrors.... this bike should not have been sold this way because it is NOT SAFE to drive if you can see traffic.... especially on California roads. I asked for new bars and rear view mirrors, and they wanted to charge me full price to make right what was sold unsafe and wrong.This was my first bike and my first Harley.... it was more of a bitter experience than enjoying my well deserved treat. Thank you for ruining my first experience and realizing Harley Davidson of El Cajon is not a genuine Customer Oriented outfit!!!

Hands down i have never experienced the level of customer service and professionalism at any other repair shop. Very knowledgeable and always friendly when i call with questions. I have had about 4 service repairs done and Brittany has been the person i dealt with every time. I will not call or go anywhere else I recommend if you need any service or repairs done to give her a call in the service department at El Cajon Harley. I traveled out of state (from Arizona - 370 miles pulling a trailer) to purchase a white Street Glide. Which that same bike was unable to be found within AZ. During my entire process prior to travel and purchase, the salesman working with me was the Sales Manager of El Cajon Harley-Davidson, GREG RILEY. After coming to a firm agreement OVER THE PHONE, on the price of the Street Glide I would be purchasing, Greg assured me that price was on the paper and ready to complete the deal.... So after 5 hours of traveling via driving to El Cajon. I got in and ready to get everything signed and paid for, to ride off on the Street Glide I had chosen.. however, I came to find out that Greg DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE WE DISCUSSED for the bike that he had mentioned over the phone 2 days prior..... So after shock to my eyes, with discussing with the Finance manager Vanessa (whom was absolutely amazing). She called Greg to come in to discuss this issue... he continued to BLATANTLY LIE to my face, saying that he did not agree to that purchase price (a few thousands difference)... now... why would I have drove 5 hours to get mad over nearly $2,000.??? Even the finance manager Vanessa was on my side (she could see it in my eyes), knowing it would makes no sense for me to be this upset over that amount of money... it all came down to GREG RILEY, LYING TO MY FACE AND OVER THE PHONE.. JUST to get a deal!!... I will NEVER be doing business with El Cajon HD, strictly for employing a dishonest, unethical salesman... this experience was UNBELIEVABLE AND EXTREMELY UNETHICAL!! Whatever you do... do NOT conduct business here, as they will not HONOR a price and will lie to your face! Especially when coming from out of state!!!

I’m here from out of town Raleigh North Carolina passing through San Diego for the summer on a nice little trip. Hit a bump a couple states back evidently I cracked my head pipe (plus two teeth) I called RC components they forwarded me a new one without complaints or concerns and in a timely manner El Cajon Harley replaced it and got to be back on the road in less than a day thanks guys great job.
