This Starbucks definitely deserves 5 stars.First of all I’d like to say I didn’t realize what time they closed and so I ended up passing by the drive thru about a little bit before they closed.My order was a bit large and they were still so nice about it, and even though they didn’t have the sandwich I asked for (I said it was alright as well) they were more than accommodating and got me a warm Feta cheese wrap on the house. It was honestly very tasty and I’ll probably order it again in the future.Overall I would recommend this Starbucks just for their great customer service :)

Probably my Fav Starbucks to go to. Always great customers service and drinks are on point.The line at the drive thru can get pretty long at times and the parking can be packed too, but if youre just doing a mobile pick up, park at the Pepboys next door and walk over. Beats fighting for parking and trying to leave the parking spot when its packed.I believe they have also opened up inside to dine in now too and they have a few tables outside. Will be back for my coffee fix...

My experience at this location in the past has been rather normal and the staff here seem rather friendly. However, this morning (around 5am) I order my girlfriend her usual (tall white chocolate mocha) and the cup was filled halfway. That was rather unacceptable. Paying over 4 dollars for half of their smallest cup? That was just wrong

Ugh!! I wanted to use my points!! i have over 130 and the girl only used 25. Why? Then the straw, wrong size !! So much money for a f#&€£@ coffee just to get this kind of service. 0 stars

One of the few bucks that open really early. Staff works hard to get you to work on time.

The drive through here is laid out very poorly. The line was crazy long in the afternoon still, and cars were blocking the entrances into the plaza. The workers were very pleasant, but the drive through was a nightmare.

I usually love this Starbucks and the workers that are here. We often have great service. However, this morning we were greeted by an unusually rude employee named David who did not communicate with us at all. He told us to hold on, and took about 10 minutes just to take our payment at the window and then took another 10 minutes just to hand us our food. We understand that sometimes things take time but he didn’t communicate anything with us at all so we didn’t know whether he had forgotten about our food and was just ignoring us or if we were waiting for our food still. As I said, we usually have great service here and I would have given a five star if it wasn’t for this interaction with this rude individual.

I would like to thank Sara and the rest of the staff for taking care of me today. I made an online order and somehow I mistakenly clicked on the Santa Anita / Garvey instead of the Garvey / Cogswell. She was so patient, understanding, efficient, and such a good leader getting everyone to work together effortlessly. She made the experience less stressfull after I found out my huge mistake. I felt so bad and she really made me feel at ease. I was very impressed and blessed to have her today. Everything was delicious. Thank you for having her there.

I really enjoy a good Starbucks coffee but This Location will leave a bad taste in your Mouth, Literally. This is our Local starbucks and we cant count how many times our order has come out wrong. Ordering through the app, walking in, it doesnt matter. It feels like we are rolling the dice everytime we go to this place. We have once been promised a refund that we never received, we have been told to come in for a free coffee and even that coffee, believe it or not, came out wrong. Today once again after a mistake in the drive through we were Honestly told Dont Worry about it, Well Refund your account No Mention of getting us the correct Coffee we ordered ?? We can understand mistakes happen but the consistency in mistakes, customer service and lack of empathy by the employees are the reasons why Im taking my time to write this review.

Great service and overall a quick, pleasant experience. Employees were efficient, friendly, and very helpful with explaining the menu options for pastries. The drinks were great and the pastries were amazing. Definitely recommend this location. The drive thru was quick and efficient even though there was a small line. There was basically no wait.

Well at least the ones taking your order are were pretty nice and friendly, no so much the ones giving you the order :/ also specific that you want your beverage super extremely hot. If not you will get more often kids temperature and when you let them know please can I get my drink hot well and not kids temperature. Then you will get a semi- hot one plus with a serious face 😶 anyway it is not always this way. They just keep changing their staff 😔

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks out there. It has a large amount of tables and chairs with accessible outlets to use. The seats are comfortable and the music is always nice. I am always here to do some studying or use their WiFi

The staff here is very pretentious..they act like they own the place i get the same thing at other statbucks but everytime i come here its always off.. either way too sweet or way too bland.. and i always feel like im being judged..and even if i go drive thru they give me attitude not even a thank you
