Its a nice storage place with great customer service. The only con is that its is hard to get into the place from the street due to incoming traffic.

The previous rating was a mistake. Confused it with another place I visited as Im from around this area. I live out of state. The storage facility is well maintained and has easy access.

I apologized for not doing my review earlier as I promise you. I want to thanks manager Monica for always following the company procedures and explaining to me as well remind me. This was my first time in my life that I needed to rent an storage to put some of my household stuff and because I became homeless leaving on motels, friends and my car. Monica is very understandable and goes beyond 100% to help you. I want to thanks her for helping me with the paperwork to finally find a permanent home. Also I want to thanks Eileen for been another great assistant and employee of TNT Management. I am so appreciate for all the help Monica and Ileen provided during my time as tenant of El Monte Store It Now. I highly recommend it.

Nancy was very knowledgeable and professional- she answered all my questions and helped me get set up. The prices are great and the units are exactly what you need. I would recommend this place based off the great customer service alone. I even called in prior and they were extremely kind and polite. 5 out of 5 stars I would highly recommend!

I needed a storage unit last second and Monica made it as simple as possible, she gave a great price better than every Storage facility all around a 10 mile radius! And she gave me some good advice on stacking up in the storage, Always gonna be using this place!

Monica was especially helpful and was able to show us two separate types of units before we made our choice. Great service and she’s so friendly! Good communication! Can’t wait to start moving in my stuff!

Very clean gate opens at 7 am and closest the office at 5:30 pm, but you can still go in your unit till 7 PM.

I went in this morning to rent a unit and was very impressed! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Definitely affordable and the premises are well kept!

Found this place while inquiring within another storage place. Found this one to be great and much suited to my pricing range. Monica rivera helped me get a storage unit within 30 minutes. Great place. Sadly we took one of the last ones 👌

Manager Monica is very nice very helpful explaining everything. Storage room is very clean and good price as well. Very happy experience with them.

Best value after shopping around. Was originally going for a 5x10 but it was a better value to upgrade to a 6x13. Free move in truck which is actually a full size truck. Its a small/medium sized box truck, I believe 14. Pick up the truck in the morning and you can have it until closing if you need to.All in all a great place. Assistant Manager Susana will help you out in any way.

What a blessing. I was done wrong by stor more an I still needed a place to park my truck and trailer. So I looked up this place. Amazing!! The nicest staff and especially the lady that helped me through my ordeal. Then I backed into a storage space door. Again they went the extra mile..I now have a secure place for my truck..thanks again.
