At this point I just want lo laugh so hard this is a joke, I made a reservation online for 20 box truck 2 days prior and payed ahead.On moving day I showed up to pick up my rental only to find out the vehicle isnt there, employee said they couldnt reach the other person but no one bothered to call me and let me know.Employee with bad attitude not willing to help out, no name tag no proper uniform, I ask Uhaul, is that the type of business and customer service you want to represent?This unwillingness and apathy of this new generation of work force its disgusting

Great service, the staff is polite and courteous also very helpful and knowledgeable. Trucks are always clean and serviced regularly. Fully stocked showroom with all your moving supplies and needs. Very wonderful Manager Inez Cervantes she is amazing and wonderfully polite with a great sense of humor and very helpful nature. She makes all my and my friends experiences the best we have ever had at any moving truck rental location EVER. I have highly recommended and will continue to highly recommend you go to this location for all your moving needs, this awesome girl and her staff will take better care of you than any other location in the area i promise. Plus that manager is very easy on the eyes if you catch my drift 👀. Take your business here its the best, i hope i move again soon just to go back there 👌😀.

Great service we just had to move and I rented trucks for numerous days in a row and every time although store was busy Inez the Manager helped me out with good equipment and a smile. The night drop is a great idea for those that run late due to traffic so I was able to return the trucks without a problem.I rented from Uhaul on Hollywood Blvd one day and when I returned the truck I didnt receive a email or call to tel me what I would be charged and at The El Monte location I was informed and kept in the loop. Im very thankful for the help I got from Inez Cervantes she was great and shes an asset to the El Monte store!I will never rent from anywhere else. 😄

Called service center to reserve a flatbed trailer to tow with so we made a reservation for one at this store. Drove all the way there after getting an email confirmation to be told that they rented it to someone else and I couldnt use it. Uhaul is a joke!

I asked them for a truck to move and they just tell me that there is no. very bad customer service

Vito Christian and Sughey were very accommodating I came in for a last-minute reservation and the process was very smooth the excellent customer service and efficiency the staff works with really streamlines the process I will definitely be returning to this location or for future reservations/inquiries.

Horrible service the front desk couldnt even call to find out a price on a bike hitch. He said I had to call because he didnt know the price. I wouldnt recommend this place at all, to much business makes them useless. No good. Im sure Hidden shoppers rate this place a fail.

U Haul famous but expensive and trickyI went looking for a cargo van but they asked for a credit card.I offered my debit card that could be used like credit card but the vendor didnt acepted.They leased to me the next biger and expensive vehicle and he used my debit card like credit.At the end I pay something like 50 dlls more for the cost per mile and for refill the t ank

This uhaul is by far the worst I have had 2 deal with!!! There do not try and help you in your time of need... I tried renting a truck and dolly and all I got was attitude and problems!!! Never again will I come to this uhaul!!!! I dont know how the owner gets her credentials when she has the biggest attitude and is rude!!!!

A theft . RENT a truck. I put gas on it and the clean dege was supposed to charge me a total of 46.59 for 1 hour I only got 8 miles and they took me out of my 190 serca account. Dollars .
