I use to love shopping at BBB. USE to. This most recent visit left a sour taste in my mouth & a knot in the pit of my stomach...I bought a FoodSaver, using their app, to pickup curbside on 09/27/21. The appliance stopped working within days of purchase but I didnt have time to return it until 10/20/21 (less than a month). Before it stopped working I discarded the box that it came in. Since I used the app to purchase, the receipt was automatically saved. As I waited in line, an associate asked if I was doing a return. I replied YES. She asked if I had the receipt. I replied YES, but I dont have the card I used to pay for it with me. But it was a debit card so Ill take the cash. She said that was fine but that Ill need to wait where I was b/c that register had enough cash to give me. Heres what happened once it was my turn at the counter:1. I told the lady what happened & gave her my phone so she could get all the info she needed to process the return. She was about to give me store credit, but I pointed at the other lady & said that she said I could get my cash back. Not believing me, she goes and confirms. OK. Not a problem.2. She comes back to look up the item & model number. The model number on the app didnt match the model number on the unit. She calls for help & the original woman that talked to me said they cant return it & that Id have to contact FoodSaver. I said that is unacceptable & I want my money back. She explained to me that the model numbers dont match, lots of stores sell that model & theres nothing they can do since I no longer have the box.3. I understand everything she said, having worked retail several years in the past. However, I know where I bought it. I had the receipt for crying out loud! After a long debate, I suggested they go get a new one off the shelf to compare the info under each unit to each other. She did. She compared. She realized that it did in fact belong to BBB. UGH!!!!4. She issued my proper refund & added next time save the box just in case I decide I dont want it anymore. IN MY HEAD I thought...its not that I didnt want it anymore. IT DIDNT WORK! They know this!!!5. I took my money & told her thank you for your help. I was gonna purchase something else, but I was so upset with the treatment I left.If that associate wouldve apologized & admitted she was wrong, this review would have been a lot happier. But she didnt. Instead telling me what I need to do next time I shop BBB. SMH. Very. VERY poor customer service!!!I talked to customer service. Told them I dont want anything for free. All I want is for that particular store to be retrained for stellar customer service. Whether that happens or not, I wont know for a while since I wont shop there for a long time. Its sad, cause I loved that store.

For some reason it kinda gave me the feeling of a thrift store by the way things were arranged, which was fine. Lot of things that I would buy here for small household necessities. I was looking for a picnic basket that I found on their online store and talked to a cashier about it. She said that wasnt out yet till next week and then talked to another store associate and she was able to provide one from the back. So overall it was a pleasant experience.

Helpful employees, great sales. Well stocked and just a fun place to shop.

Bed bath has been one of our favorite stores! But lately it seem like the customer service standards have been declining! Today me and my mother went to shop for a bit. As she was purchasing her items she was attended by Kassandra. She really didn’t acknowledge my mother or give her a simple hello. She was asked if she could tell us the prices of a couple of items and she rudely responded with “what” confused my mother asked her again and she rudely replied “what I don’t understand you” I understand if she didn’t know the language my mother was speaking but there are way she could of gone about it! My mother del very embarrassed and discouraged. As a customer service representative, we are trained to be as professional to treat customers with dignity and respect. If this is the kind of customer service my mother and I are going to receive, I don’t think we will be returning to what once was our favorite store.

Great selection and friendly service. Bought a shower curtain here a few years ago. But I mostly come to purchase my K-Cups here for my Keurig coffee maker.

I found everything I needed and still was able to get a heavy size foot blanket for $9.99

Bed Bath & Beyond is my go to store for most gifts, as well as for my home needs. Todays experience was, as usual, excellent. I had to ask for assistance as I could not locate the item I needed and Leslie walked with me until we found it. And, she was also my cashier.I noticed that throughout the store there are social distancing reminders; the staff members I saw were all wearing gloves and masks; as you walk in the store theres hand sanitizer, which youre expected to use. And, yes, I will shop here again feeling confident of my safety during this C-19 season.

They had a pillow I wanted and thought wait till later. So its later I go and sure enough I found it with a discounted price. And i checked to see the other pillows had the same price. Yep. Same discount sticker... But when I asked to make sure the employee in the front took off the discount sticker just like that and scanned it to be the full 34. Super upset. Ruined my day. Not trusting this store at all.
