My wife and I purchased a refrigerator in November of 2020. The man that helped us was a bit rude but we needed a fridge, they were local, and offered 6 months warranty. My warranty just ended this month and my fridge stopped cooling. I had to throw over $200 of groceries away. I called them multiple times trying to make an appointment for repair even if I had to pay out of pocket and multiple times they said they would call us back to schedule an appointment. I never heard from them. Please be careful with buying used appliance’s from them. I would not recommend unless you are looking for a temporary appliance that you don’t need to last long. I paid a lot for my used refrigerator and learned the hard way. Hopefully this helps other people from making the same mistake.

Over priced parts would not recommend you can buy new parts for a lesser prices at marcone appliance parts at piedras and i10 in El Paso.

They were very nice, great selection of used appliances, and delivered my washer and dryer on time, with only a small charge. I was also able to get a decent used but matching set washer/ dryer. The employees were nice, and the delivery driver hooked everything up to ensure it worked, even rewired the dryer to a 4 point plug. The lint screen was missing. I was able to go get one from them without a problem a few days later. Would definitely recommend and return!

The man who answers the phone is really rude. I don’t care if he’s the owner or not, he shouldn’t be talking to customers like that. Talk to him and tell him to calm down or y’all are gonna lose a lot of customers.

Be nice if the price was a little lower. Since they are used.

Bought washer dryer and stove all still working and have great prices

Went there to inquire about what they accept for recycling. As far as I could tell they buy aluminum cans and water bottles.Look for the blue building with lots of refrigerators out front.

Went by to check prices on appliances but the person working there seemed to be bothered answering questions, he would walk away and I would chase him so I left.
