These guys are also known as rc auto collision, WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! They are crooks and thieves. They ruined a service members car while he’s on a deployment! They charged him a lot of money just so he can get his cars back after they had it for two months!!! They play games with you are extremely unprofessional and aggressive. They kept his car hostage and kept telling him he could get his vehicle but either never showed up or said it wasn’t ready even though they told him it was ready to get it! The paint is three different colors and extremely runny. To top it off they went for joy rides in his car and blew the engine!!! We saved all the proof there’s no denying they are thieves and only here to ripe you off. All the comments are all the same please be aware they also came out on Telemundo for scamming and change their business name and front owners just so they can continue to scam you!!

I just noticed that they changed their names but are the same people so Im posting this here too!This is the absolute worst place! I will explain and this is a true story and I will take my time writing and explaining what happened to me so that no one goes through this headache as I did.Back in 2014 I got into an accident and took my car to this shop as they were recommended by my gfs friend as a favor to this girls bf and I obliged. These guys were located out in the NE at the time and so I had the tow truck drop off the car there and where I met the owner. I was given a quick run down of the process and a time frame of about 3-4 weeks and I agreed. I went to check up on the car every week only to find that nothing had been done, nor parts arrived, the car not even moved and this went on for those 4 weeks only to be told that they were about to move to another location, their current one. Months passed by and what was supposed to be 4 weeks turned to 3-4 months... (I am not exaggerating, I got paperwork) I was told that the driver side fender would be replaced only to see that they just straightened it out, the bumper was placed incorrectly, they literally SUPER GLUED some hoses back on, screws missing from every side, the paint was abysmal, headlights werent placed right, and to top it all off, the owners son had the biggest attitude. Every time I would point out something that was wrong, and there many things wrong, he would get mad and one time asked my why I was judging his work? Uhh, because youre doing it WRONG! After the time that they had the car and I saw all the BS that they did I had enough and just told them to give me back my car. I signed the papers and drove off. On the way back, the car was not driving as it should and was making weird noises and vibrating almost violently and noticed that the car was covered in this weird clear film... I assume it was from them not having a proper place to paint their cars and its a clear coat but it was all over my car and windows...During the night I noticed that they placed the headlights wrong. My car has fog lights and when i turned on the headlights, the fog lights turned on and vice versa. I also noticed that if I would go over a bump, the lights would shake and would fall off... seriously... I went to the junk yard to get some MISSING parts for the headlights and in my car in order to remove them you need to remove the bumper and i noticed more things. As i was trying to remove the bumper, one side would not come off no matter how hard i pulled, it was supposed to just pop off after removing a few screws or lack thereof, and noticed something strange. As I pulled a little harder I noticed that they actually DRILLED a screw on one side of the bumper and also noticed that they never replaced the bumper brackets, just screwed that side and bondod over the screw!! I was livid! Once I took off the screw and dropped the bumper, I saw that they used chicken wire to hold a couple of components also... I fixed what I could but ultimately had to go to a mechanic and pay extra to get things CORRECTED. The car is fine now but at costing me way more than it needed to be.This is what actually happened to me and I implore you to not get involved with these thieves, what in also did not mention is that at every turn they asked me to call my insurance for more money, that should of been my red flag to take my car elsewhere before they started all of their nonsense. So please dont give them the business and go somewhere else.

PLEASE BEWARE!! They are crooks. Manny Cervantes and Will Taylor... They had my mothers truck for 1 month and left it even worst. They are very unprofessional, they wont answer or return calls. They used to be RC Auto Collision but they keep moving because of the same reason. Go into their reviews under RC Auto Collision and will see all the bad reviews.

These guys have kept my daughters car hostage for over a monrh. Im hearing very negative things about them. One of the insurance companies has banned them. Their BBC rating isnt good. Deceptive business practices. Atty general needs to take a look into these guys.
