I have done business with this store on Montwood for more than ten years. Never had I been treated in any bad way til this last time I had to get a tire replaced. This guy with initials TH didnt even look at me to talk to me. The women in front of me was a young, wearing shorts and tank top. Oh he was so nice with her talked to her so sweet and told her Im will be going to lunch but when I come back I will check to see if you have been helped and car is ready. He was very attentive. I guess when you are older and not dressed or look so greatwe dont deserve the same service. He really was so inconsiderate this is the firsttime this happened now I will give the discount tire on Montana the business. As I left he returned made sure the women was still there she waseven walked her to her car. He should be told that we all are customers and be treated equally not go by the way one looks. Terrible service half the time they didnt know who was in charge of what car. On top of that it took 20mins alone just for them to just ASK what I needed help with btw it was just to get a patch, after they that bit of info they said it would take about two hours to get to my car, better off finding local mom& pop shop do it in 15 mins.

DT always has the best prices, best service, sad George Dieter closed. This location is extremely busy even on a weekday. Set up appointment ahead show up early and get picked up cause your gonna be there a while.

Make an appointment to get work done on your car. If you walk-in like I did and they’ll keep taking all the appointments before you even though they had told you that there was only 8 people ahead of you when you first checked in. So 15 appointments later and they finally get to my car. Appointments is the only fastest you can get your car worked on.

Called for a simple tire change and rotation. Was told on the phone there were no appointments ahead of me and we would be in and out in 20 minutes.Arrived and paid, then immediately was told it would be 2 hours. Already paid so what could I do. I explained the tire pressures are different for the front and back, and would need to be adjusted.3 1/2 hours later they gave me my truck. Drove off and got about 10 minutes away, and my tpms went off. The tire they replaced was at 38psi (supposed to be 80psi). The other 3 tires were all off by 10 psi because they DID NOT adjust them as I had requested. Paid a truck stop $30 to put the tires at the right psi for fear of driving back to Discount Tire on a half flat tire.CHECK EVERYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE! And just know you need to bring food and drinks for the wait time no matter what they say on the phone.

I want to leave a review because they were very helpful to my wife. She got a flat right out front on the street. They helped her get it fixed and on her way and they did not take advantage of her on the cost of the tires. They recommended she replace two of the tires which included the one that was flat and drove on the rim. I know cars and would have suggested the same. This is a great place to get tires at.

We are big fans of Discount Tire, and this was the first location that we were introduced to the business. Employees are very service-oriented, and they dont employ hard-sell tactics to push additional services. They will explain all additional services/warranties that they offer if you inquire however (their tire warranties are worth it if you ask me, and they have more than paid for themselves in our experience). They usually get us in and out fairly quickly, depending on how busy they are.

I like coming here to discount tire, if you have a flat they look at it if its fixable they fix it at no charge. The tires Ive bought come with warranty if get flat and not fixable they replace it and charge 19 dollars to me that not bad. I highly recommend this place. I give it 4 and half stars.

I went to take my car for tire balance and rotation and as always the staff at discount tire on Montwood Rd were on point. I did not set up an appointment ahead of time and lucky for me it was not too busy. In and out in about 30 minutes.In this time we are living with the pandemic the workers are very conscious of that and make all efforts necessary to make people at ease. They are all wearing mask, even inside the garage area. They dont drive your car, they ask you to drive it into the work bay and out after service is completed.I have nothing but praised for the staff at this Discount Tire.Keep up the good work.

I had to go to the store to get a tire repaired shortly before they closed. They couldnt repair the tire and had to replace it. They handled everything very quickly and my car was ready about 15 minutes after they were supposed to close. I have always gotten good cheerful service from the store. I appreciate their completing jobs even if it is after the store closes. Their safety precautions due to covid are excellent and I felt safe

Went in for a tire balance and rotation. As per my warranty. Job was done well. But they dirtied the interior of my car. Its brown so they left it all black on the door and the seat. I told the representative and he just laughed and smiled. No apology or offer to clean it. I understand its not a new car or a luxury vehicle so i feel thats the reason they were careless. Also since its not their car they didnt care. Aside from that everything went well.

I get my tires rotated every 3 to 6000 miles. It is free of charge. Its done in a timely manner that is consistent with the amount of cars they are working with. The staff is pleasant and polite. I recommend this facility to anyone. This is my second time here and Ive had no problems. This last time after leaving I came back the next day to fill my rear tires as they were a bit low and they filled them without problem. Thanks for your service

Toke my pickup to make a warranty claim on front two tires and was advised by service adviser nothing was wrong with tires and it was only a cosmetic issue and could not warrant them. Only issue was place was packed and had to wait a while.

Had an absolutely terrible experience, on my birthday of all days, I was scheduled to come get all 4 brand new tires. Spoke with Miguel and Carlos the day prior to confirm they had the tires in stock and ready to go. Showed up to my appointment to be told they had to order the tire I was originally promised, or I could select another tire all together. Needless to say, left with no new tires and a very bad attitude. Walmart out priced AND out-serviced Discount tire.

I was on a road trip from Houston to Arizona and I discovered that I had a screw in my front passenger tire. Since Wednesday of last week my tires were all low on air, I knew the change in climate had everything to do with it. So I went every morning for air and the young men were so courteous and and thorough.

Great prices on tires. Staff is great and explain things well. Not pushy or trying to sell you something you dont need.

I ordered tires online via the better price program. They matched the online price without any problems, I had presented a lower price years ago and lets say this time was way more of a professional response. So I set up an appointment through the website as instructed in the email, when I arrived, sorry to say the tires were ordered but not delivered. Raul was great and tracked the order. Long story short, they were on the way and I had to find something to do for an hour and half. When I returned, they took my vehicle right in, work was done quickly and professionally.

I came to the discount tire on Montwood to purchase 2 tires. I was told the wait time was about 1.5 hrs and I decided to wait. After I got my vehicle back, I drove off to run some errands. Approximately 20 minutes after I had gotten my new tires. One of them was extremely low so I drove off to a gas station to inflate it but only to find out that the valve on this new tire was not completely screwed on so it wasn’t holding any air. I called the store so I can speak to the manager but he wasn’t available and did not receive a call back from them. All around very poor customer service. The employee who’s name is listed on the receipt is M Yanez. Maybe the supervisor should be checking on his employees to verify the job gets done right the first time so customers won’t have to deal with situations like this. In my opinion, the service I received deserves NO STARS but I had no other choice but to select 1 star.

On November 12, 2019, I took my 2014 Hyundai Accent for a tire rotation. I marked my tires, good thing I did. After they supposedly completed the job. I inspected the tires, and the job was never completed. I went and talked to the manager about the situation. After the manager investigated the situation, and talked to the person who conducted the job. Supposedly, he sent the person responsible of the job home. Can It be a bad apple? Maybe!! However, the manager is always responsible for the personal working in any business. Never trust anybody, check and double check the work to make sure they did what they claim.
