The attitude on an employee, leaves this place in the unprofessional level, dont go bother them when theyre eating, halfway job done on my sons vehicle, only the outside was done, the inside was never touched, ( under the hood ), only thing they did,was to place a bracket, and a plastic tie, to hold up some parts

Work is given a 5 yrs warranty. But takes over 1 month to complete. Also, you need to keep complaining if you need your car done within the 4 weeks despite being told it will only take 2 weeks.

Took my vehicle to Armando and got a fast quote for some body work and full paint job that was being covered by my insurance. The estimate was established and my name was written on a piece of paper. Thats it, I was not put into any system as a client or customer just an exchange of phone numbers. The estimate soon began to rise as the days went by and eventually increased by another 300 dollars for no apparent reason. Armando gave me the impression he was trying to hook me up with a lower price. I was appreciative of his communication to me over the phone throughout the process and we decided on a date that I would drop my vehicle off at. I rented a car and dropped my vehicle off and waited... and waited... and waited I was told 5-6 different times that my truck would be started the next day or that day until 16 days later and a $600 dollar car rental that was pointless due to the fact that he didnt even touch my vehicle. On the last day I asked Armando if he had started the body work and paint on that Monday and he replied Ya I then proceeded to go to his shop after work to find absolutely nothing had been done on my vehicle once again. He is a liar and a poor businessman who just wants your money. He will try and unprofessionally ask for money to pay for materials and will most likely leave you hanging for about a month to finish your vehicle. I would have thought that someone that gets as much business as him would treat his customers better. VERY disappointed and now I still have a vehicle that needs to be painted.

Took a 2001 GMC pickup that had bodywork already done on passenger side of bed to them. Had estimates ranging from $650 to $1300 to fix one side. Took it to Armando and he charged me $350. When I pointed out a scratch that ran the length of the bed rail on the drivers side that went down to the metal and asked if he could fix that as well, he said he would have to paint the whole side of the bed to fix it. He did it for only $25 more.$375 for both sides was an amazing price. Took it to him on Thursday and picked it up Friday afternoon. Looked great. When I got home I noticed some minor issues (spot that looked like a piece of masking tape had removed top layer of paint, bottom of rear fender behind bumper not fully painted, overspray on undercarriage). I called Armando and he told me to bring it by on the following Saturday.Armando made good on his work and fixed all the issues. Needless to say, truck looks great and can’t beat it for the price . Stood by his work. 4 stars would have been 5 except I had to go back for the touch ups.

2 years ago, I took my 2008 Saturn Astra to Armando for some work: it had dents and pings and it needed a paint job. Armando and his crew did a wonderful job of making my car look new again. Everyone tells me what a beautiful 🚘 I have!

They dud not hesitate to give me a quick estimate and it was -67% LESS TO THAN a nearby competitor!!!! They have an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable staff that can fix it right the first time AND FOR LESS than their so-called competition on McCombs

My car looks as good as new, guys are fun and do real good jobs. As i was walking in to pick up my car somone else had gone in to pick up theirs and it was bad but they made it look real good. Im happy with the results! Thank you Armando

The question that permeates through my mind, why is this place rated a 2.9? These guys are extremely talented, professional, and hospitable.I dealt with Armando personally, let me tell you this, thee most humble mechanic Ive ever met in my 28 years of life. Immediately upon meeting him and his staff, they didnt seem as if they were after my wallet.Last but not least, The part about this thatll make me recommend this shop over ANY shop in El Paso is that youll get quality work done for a reasonable price.Ill leave you with this, If youre not going with Armandos Body and Paint, youre wrong. Worst service I can imagine! They took 5 weeks to repair a fender bender they said would take a week. When they finally finished my car, it had a bunch of new electronic problems, a broken electric passenger seatbelt motor, paint imperfections, and a nail in my tire. I know they were joy riding my car because they left a girls drivers license under my passenger seat, and then denied it! They gave me back the car incomplete and I had to keep driving to the shop to remind them to order the parts. This is a very shady business and the service is terrible! Take your auto work to a reputable shop instead.

Small scratch on the back. They needed to just repaint some deep scratches. They painted the area with black paint. The car is black pearl.........Cost me more to fix them they originally charged me. But you just have to charge it to the game. Should have known better.

Worst place to fix your car, they say gonna put new parts and put used ones. Also make paint jobs like amateurs do yourself a favor and go to another place.
