From customer service to working promptly on my vehicle, Texas Auto Collision did it all. Really nice staff and always kept me up to date on the repairs of my vehicle. I didnt have to worry about the car rental or about the high deductibles. My car looks great even better than before the accident.

I went in to Replace my Side Mirror Driver Side. Mario quote me a very reasonable and affordable price. They fix my mirror in 20 minutes. I was in and out. I was very happy with my experience.
This place sucks -I GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE (-_-) 10 ⭐- they dont know what they are doing, the only thing they know how to do is sit on there fat butts and charge the insurance money, i took my vehicle about a month ago and its coming apart, the employees must be new employees or they are mentally challenged, because i could of Done a better job than all of them put together, i regret even taking my car there. never again will i take my vehicle to a place like this. the only thing they did right was to charge my insurance all the money that was available to them and then after taking all the money from the insurance they went and took money from the supplemental money without my consent what a rip off, i hope the worst for these thiefs.
(DONT GO HERE) brought my classic truck to this body shop, the owner Mario said he use to be a adjuster for auto Collision, so he knew that point when I dropped my truck off the insurance only gives us the rental for the time of repairs which in my case was a week and a half. I went back at the week and a half when the rental was due back and this shop hadnt even did one thing to my truck. So I took my truck back, also he didnt want to adjust the bed which the insurance was going to pay for. (DONT GO HERE)Oh LOOK AT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, one is done by the owner, and the other ones had never done other reviews before so that tells you its the people who work for him doing the reviews....

The staff at Texas Auto Collision showed compassion about our welfare after the accident and concerned about us having rental immediately. It was a great relief to have that support. God forbid we have another accident, but I will definitely refer they guys at Texas Auto Collision
This place is ridiculous and in all honesty a joke. Not only do they leave my car outside in the street, They even had the nerve to use glue to fix my vehicle. I would avoid this place at all cost. Id rather have my 3 year-old Sister use her playset than have these people touch my car again. Pat Muñoz the manager is very rude and unprofessional!
I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service. It is taking them about a month now to fix the car because we turned in the car on August 1st. At first, it started off with “The car should be ready by the end of week.” (Mario). He would call on the day that the car was “meant” to be ready and tell us that car wouldn’t be ready and give us a new date each time. My boyfriend goes in to check up on the car on August 26th and see how things were going, but comes to find out they weren’t even working on our car, but on a different car. My insurance even called the shop to check up on the car and texted on August 20th saying “Good morning Ms Regalado its Alfonso with Progressive. I spoke with Mario at the shop and he plans to have your Jetta ready by next Tuesday!” This indicates it should’ve been ready by August 27th. Once again, got a call saying it won’t be ready until September 3rd, guess what? The car will not be ready until the end of the week. I’ve calculated the amount of times Mario has changed the date of when the car will be ready and it has been six times now. We also had my mother-in-law call and check up on them and was mentioning how it was getting very inconvenient. However, my mother-in-law spoke with him and she stated that Mario would just speak over her and seemed as if he wasn’t really taking her words into consideration and actually listening. I’m very upset at this point and think I’ve been more than lenient. Now, I’ll have to judge the overall service on the car.
