They took over a month fixing my engine and refused to give me a loaner vehicle until the last day that the car was there. Got the loaner and it had a water bottle full off urine in it- was told by the associate that’s because it was last minute when I complained. Today 3 days after paying 10,000 for the repairs my car won’t crank and the full tank of gas I put in it yesterday is all over my drive way. Please don’t take your vehicle there! Wish I could give them 10 negative stars!!!

They wanted to fix my truck AGAIN even though I showed them the evidence of the truck leaking diesel all over FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TWO MONTHS!! AND THIS IS A 2021 DODGE RAM, supposed to be brand new! Not only did I have to put my family in danger while driving the piece of scrap they sold me since we were traveling, but they also refused to give me a resolution. WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD!! Parts department is amazing. Chris and Manny went above and beyond helping my aunt. She was literally going to pick up a master door switch for her 2014 Durango from the parts department. They went as far as to install it for her there as to not leave with a rolled down window until she got it repaired. A+++ customer service and friendly all around!

Service department here is horrible, tried to make an appointment for an oil change, they dont do appointments. I show up and they tell me the wait is 3 hours for speed service possibly longer due to lunch breaks. Not willing to waste my day waiting for a 20 min job

Wouldn’t recommend servicing your vehicle here, took my car with a transmission problem. Service advisor does his job decently but the mechanics on other hand not so great. I feel lied to about how much detail they looked into the car. Waited a week (after the car already being there for a week) to hear updates because mechanics wouldn’t bother looking into it would leave it outside for days until you call and ask about it. Once they decided to call me, I felt like they jumped into conclusions on what to replace without properly inspecting the car and it’s possible issues. They replaced a part that ended up not fixing the problem, they wanted to move up to a part that would cost me $1k to replace after fixing a part that wasn’t the problem costing me $600 ( which I payed and regret) I decided not to leave it with them anymore brought my car home. The next day I discover a leak from the transmission pan that they didn’t bother to seal correctly. They did not clean off the previous seal which I can tell.Offered to fix the leak but I really don’t trust their guys driving or touching my car anymore.

Poor craftsmanship on the mechanics part. Left me with the impression that they do not take pride in their work. Hood was removed to do work and replaced unaligned, there are now rattles where panels were removed and replaced and trash from the parts they they replaced were left in my car among other issues. They helped with a few issues but the bad outweighed the good. Somewhat sloppy in my opinion.

They sold me a void extended warranty. I bought a car from them June 2017 and 4 months later the engine went out with no prior warning. All of a sudden their customer service declined. They would not return my calls and I would frequently watch Roger play on his phone with fellow mechanics while I waited upwards of an hour just to get an update that there was no update. After over a month of paying for rental cars out of pocket they gave me a bogus diagnosis because they dont know much about boxer engines and they handed me a parts invoice for everything under the hood. Turns out when I took my car across the street to Subaru El Paso, the extended warranty adjustor came by and said that they would not cover the repair due to the aftermarket intake, which was on the car at the time of purchase. Why would you sell me a warranty that was automatically no good? I wouldnt have bought this car if you wouldnt have sold me the bad warranty and it would have saved me $10,000 for a complete engine rebuild and various repair costs. This is not the last youll be hearing from me.

Just got my recalls completed with the service department and I have to say they did a great job. Very welcoming and professional towards their customers. I seen lots of bad reviews in regards to the service department and I did not experience any bad attitudes, rude or unwelcoming staff. I walked in knowing I would have to wait for a bit due to the amount of recalls on my vehicle but the staff members would update me on the status and gave me an estimate completion which was done way before then. Had an appointment at 7:30 on Saturday morning. Ended up getting a flat the day before took it to the dealership at around 3 PM and they told me they couldn’t patch it that they had to replace the tire. At that time I went straight to the parts counter to make sure that they had to tire in stock. The parts guy told me that He did not have it that it was local he’ll have it first thing in the morning Saturday morning. Saturday at 10:20 I received a call that my truck would not be ready until Monday morning because they didn’t have the tire in stock. I told the guy BS I just verified with your parts guy yesterday that you can get it when did you order the tire yet to talk to I told him he say OK so I’ll call you back. I never received that phone call instead I showed up to the dealership 30 minutes later. He told me the parts guy was confused. So I kindly ask do you have somebody to install the tire working today he said yes I said I’ll be back he said did you find a tire I said yes he said where I said your competitor Sunland RAM. When I got back he installed a tire. Forgive me but I’m not used to the type of service with a customer have to do all the legwork this is why people don’t go to dealerships because you work on their time not your appointment time. I’m giving two stars because they fix the tire and they fix the AC issue, but as far as taking care of a customer and keeping him informed and respecting their time I will go lower. As far as recommending the dealership they will fix your issue but it will not be in a timely manner so if you have a few days to work through an issue there are The dealership for you.

Was at the dealership at 0745 on Saturday morning on 4th of July and they were still closed. Waited til passed 0800 and still no one opened the gates. Website shows you open and when I called to get information had to leave a message with no indication that you were closed for the holiday or had different hours. Another customer waiting said he had talked to the receptionist the day before that told him you would be open regular hours. This is very disappointing as you represent dodge and should have better level of customer service!

Same poor and indifferent customer service as most dealerships. Took my truck for a flat tire and a problem with the A/C. After 7 hours of waiting and 2 calls, I was able to get a hold of the service advisor. He said they couldnt find anything wrong with the A/C and apparently he had forgotten about the tire. Im still being charged for the diagnostics yet literally nothing was done to the truck. Arent there any more honest and decent mechanics out there? By the way the name of the service advisor is Roger Gallegos.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. The process couldnt have been more perfect. From the Sales department (Edgar) to the finance department (Adam) . I knew what vehicle I wanted, I was able to test drive the car and from one day to the next I was approved and even got a great deal on the car. They were able to lower the cost which helped tremendously. They serviced the car when I went to pick it up and signed papers. Overall a great experience. I will be back in the future.

Once again DPD has been excellent to me. Came in for a simple repair and was on my way in 40 minutes - and there was a LOT of vehicles being serviced. Excellent service. I drove in the service area on a Friday morning without an appointment to get my A/C fan fixed, A/C serviced, and front brakes fixed. The service rep was very polite and was able to work me into the schedule even though I didnt have an appointment. I was offered a courtesy ride back to my house while repairs were being made. The service rep called twice to let me know what they found and what repairs were required. None of the repairs or estimates came as a surprise as I am a mechanic but didnt have the time to fix them myself. They were able to finish by the end of the day and I picked my vehicle up the next morning.Ive read the previous reviews and I think this dealership deserves better feedback. They are without a doubt busy but they maintain a professional atmosphere. I was asked no less than four times how I was doing and asked if I needed anything while I was in the waiting room. The man who drove me back home was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area.So given the entire experience I feel justified in giving this dealership five stars.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVIVE. BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE. DONT RECOMEND. Tired of mechanics ripping me off so decided to take it to the dealership where they charged me almost 1600. Not only that but I never got a call for any updates on my car, and after them keeping my car for 2 weeks I get it back all dirty and Im the one who had to call to see if it was ready they didnt even have the courtesy to call me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Once I picked it up all they did was charged and handed over the keys to the car. No explanations of what was done to it or if it needed anything else, keep in mind I got charged for a diagnostic test meaning they would explain to me of anything being wrong with my car. Total rip-off.

I called this dealer about a Jeep Grand Cherokee they had listed online for sale, I had a challenger I was going to trade in towards this particular Jeep and was given a good value worth of trade in over the phone however when I looked at their pictures more closely online the Jeep in question had a check engine light so telling this to the dealer they took it to their service shop and said I would be called as soon as it was ready. about a week later I was told theres a second jeep that is similar that they have at the dealership that I should come and inspect and they will work a deal with me because of the first Jeep being in service. I drove four hours to get to this dealer and as soon as I go into the showroom and call my sales rep Im told that both the original Jeep and the new Jeep have sold so I wasted 8 hours round-trip worth of driving for piss poor customer service. Save yourself the trouble do not do business with a dealer that cant even make 1 courtesy phone call. They dont even deserve 1 star they have yet to earn even that in my eyes.

I came in to get my engine checked due to my check engine light popping on. I explain to the service advisor and he says bring it in. I do and wait. Finally after 30 minutes he said it should be a quick fix. So I wait. Im still waiting, its been almost 4 hours. I had to ask for updates to which everyone here danced around a legit answer. I got its almost done. Its up in the air. Should be bringing it around. This entire time people who got here HOURS after me are getting their car before me. Finally Ive talked to some one about my car and it was a simple fix. It should not take hours to fix. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to spend your entire day sitting here.

Very nice and helpful. Me and my husband were looking for a truck and we did find it! We were helped by Aurelio Quintana who was very attentive and helpful with us. He showed us all the extras that the truck has like the little coolers and the little matt that works perfectly for changing our sons diaper. We are very satisfied with his service!

Trade in assessment and monies given for my vehicle trade in was unacceptable (2016 Dodge Challenger RT Plus). I was give $17k for trade in and was told REPAIRED hail damage (vehicle still looks new) and value would not be raised any higher. I looked on the internet sales site and see my vehicle being sold for $24995; $8k above trade in, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Definitely Dick Poe does not have much respect for return customers and when I trade in my pick up truck in several years from now I will go elsewhere. Totally disappointed. Mr. Edward Favela was great.

Made an appointment and Brought my car in for an oil change and a few minor issues. They took over 24 hours and when I picked up my car a piece of the paneling on the door was broken. The service rep said he’d see what he could do but with the manufacturer warranty expired I would probably have to pay... them the service manager wasn’t there to figure this out so the shop foreman came out and made a quick fix. The panel was still cracked and his answer was for me to call Chrysler Customer Care and hustle them for a free part. I called and explained and they said it’s Dick Poe’s management that deals with that and further explained that the dealership often sends them to the customer care knowing that. I called the general manager, and he was very helpful in looking into the problem. I was called right away with notice that the part would be gratis... since they broke it.... and it will be shipped to the dealership. This is not the first time I have had issues with Dick Poe Dodge and I would not recommend going there if you care about your time, money or your vehicle.
