Fernie in the Parts Department is Professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. As far as Im concerned, I will always return to Shamaley Ford Parts. The other local dealers talk down to you and act like they are doing you a favor.

I contacted the Shamaley Parts department this morning to check on availability and price of a new intake manifold for my truck. I usually get very friendly clerks that help me thru the process. This morning was an exemption. This guy was rude, unpolite, provided me with wrong part number and quoted the part $200 over than other dealer. Needless to say, i got the part from another dealer and some other parts. Their lost, i wanted them to have my busiess but if as a customer im treated like that I wont come back to this place.
I made an appointment ahead of time for the 100,000 mile factory service package. When I arrived Esther greeted me and asked what she could help me with. I told her that I came in because of an appointment that I had scheduled online. She asked me what I scheduled and I told her that it was the 100,000 mile factory package the one where they replace the spark plugs. After explaining that they really don’t go off of the appointments She said “oh yeah the tune up. Ok.” Well of course later I was charged 650 but the amount I was expecting was max 420 because of the package and a detail clean I added over the phone. When she called me she told me the total would be 399. I thought that’s was for both. Then she saw she made an error in charging me 650 because she put in a truck tune up. After she deducted 100 the total was still higher than what I expected. I spoke with a manager and he was able to deduct another 100. I am grateful for that but 450 is still it what I was not expecting especially with the virus lock downs going on. My wife lost her job and that was 60% of our income so this was no easy transaction to make. It’s very strange that every time I go to this dealership I run into issues. I once waited 5 hrs for an oil change on Saturday but I had gotten there at 7. I’ve also had problems with pricing and this is the second time they’ve done something extra without my consent. I won’t be going to this dealership anymore.

Was told it would take 1-2 days for a part, ended up waiting 2 weeks and a half
2 and a 1/2 hours to get an oil change tecknition are not very well experience or trained to do a simple old change and air filter job, 2 1/2 hours after it was in the technicians hand And on a lift
We didnt go for parts we got a new car very satisfied thanks guys.
I took a huge poop and ther was no toilet paper but the cars are ok
