Been coming here to buy parts for my Subaru for about 2 yrs, customer service is good and if you have a repair question a parts team member will get a technician to help answer question, which is very nice. Biggest issue I have was not being told by parts employees that their online prices are A LOT cheaper (half the price in my case). Shame on me for not checking, but customer loyalty weighs deep when it comes to honesty. I would suggest that they notify customers of online discount prices.......................................................................Update: Thank you Subaru GM for reaching out. Look forward to hearing from you.........................................................................Update: No Response folks....I emailed twice and stated my problem to the Manager who replied to my first review and left me contact details to fix the situation. I did not hear word back from the Manager or a Subaru rep. Bottom line, just order your parts online and pick up at store, if not, Subaru parts walk up prices will be a lot higher, in my case, almost 50% more.
I visited the Subaru El Paso Parts Department today. I was looking for very specific car parts and I did not know where to begin. Jasmine was very kind and assisted me. Brian, a technician also assisted Jasmine in finding the correct parts. What a team! Thank you Subaru El Paso for great customer service.
