We telephoned this company to order a simple gasket and seal. First attempt we were put on hold and they never came back on the line. The second time we were transferred to three different people. It appears no on want to take a phone order. After 10 minutes we hung up.We will purchase our transmission parts from a company that is more interested in selling them.

We ordered a tool from Transmission Jobber through Ebay, Transmission Jobber then cancelled the order because of stock issues. Transmission Jobber called back the following day and said that they had the part available, We reordered the tool again from Transmission Jobber, and gave them our card, billing, and address information and they never fulfilled the order. We called to follow up with them a week later to get a tracking number because we had not received any confirmation of the tools shipment and was never contacted by Transmission Jobber as to the reason they did not ship the tool. After following up with them they said that they never placed our order and could not fulfill the order in the time frame that we needed at that point. We are a professional shop and our customers rely heavily on us to be able to finish job in a timely manner and we depended on this company to get us the tool we needed to get our job done. Very disappointed in their organization and customer service. Will not be using this company again and would not recommend.

When you go to an automotive business you expect for people behind the counter that run the place to know what they are talking about. However at this place they have no clue, the people at AUTOZONE know more than they do. Went in asking for a drive gear for my speedometer with the retainer clip and of course they gave me the wrong part therefore bent the clip. I will never use this business again.
