Excellent service. Very polite. They work diligently to get my car washed, cleaned, vacuumed, and I can drive away with clean windows. Not many full car car washes here in EP unlike LA. But Magic Touch Car Wash is close enough. Very nice service folks.

We came on a Saturday at 4pm. The sign that says open wasn’t on and the guy inside didn’t come out to see if we were going to get a car wash. We had to drive up and he opened the window looked at our QR code on our phone and said okay. He didn’t say anything else. We paid for the full service care wash and didn’t get what came with the package. Employees are not helpful at all. Do not go here. Apparently hand drying isn’t required.

I’ve lived in 3 countries and 6 states and this place is radially the best car wash I’ve been to! Nice staff, great value, and no bug on the car after driving here from kentucky! Car is new, and now looks brand new!!

My car is stock no mods but still too low for the equipment that pulls you through the washer. You for sure lost a customer. Not recommending to anyone with low profile cars

The best place for a car wash. Most expensive wash is $18 which includes Rain X and tire shine! And the employees are very thorough and courteous.

This car wash needs some help... the water was stagnant in the stalls. None of the water faucets worked. The tire cleaner option wasnt working. There was alot of oil stains on the ground. There were less cleaning options than most of the other car washes. On the bright side, it is 25 cents cheaper than the other car washes.

I came on a Saturday for an emissions test and they were friendly and did it super quick. I was prepared to wait a long time since it was the weekend, so that was a pleasant surprise. Then, Brandon offered to add air to my tires since he noticed my light was on. He also gave me some advice on where I could go to replace my missing hubcap and where he thought would be cheapest. Excellent customer service.

Rating for the car wash.Trying to find the best car wash, this one is out of the list 👎 left hard water or soap droplets on my car.The self service (the third from the left, in case the one I got was a dud) doesn’t indicate time left, or even beep to tell you when you’re reaching your limit. Wasted 5 extra quarters just to rinse off my car.

Yeah these guys are pretty great. The price might be high for those looking to make regular returns, and the service does take a bit if only because they do want to get through everything. Other than those two downsides I come here all the time and I am never disappointed.Would definitely like to try their basic services seeing that their prices are similar to the dealership I go to. Would be nice not to have to drive over to Montana.

Decided to try this place out. Nobody guided me in The rail slightly scratched my wheel. The right side of the machine did not even touch my car! The air machine didnt blow away the water. The guided rail is missing chunk so it feels like you ofhit a pothole. The only good thing about it is the hand drying and the physical labor put in by the workers for the Platinum package

They do a great job! Their Deluxe car wash is 16.95 but they will leave your car spotless. They really pay attention to details and will clean most places you cant even see, plus the staff is very friendly too.Ive tried many car washes in town and I can tell with confidence this is the best one.I highly recommend it.

It is a really good place to wash your car by yourself, that is what I like, but the machines work with coins, so they need to have an exchance machine. Actually they have one, but it does not work or it usually does not have coins. They need to take care of it. On the other hand, if you change your oil, they check every single detail and give you a report or show you that was what I liked too. Also if you change your oil there, they give you free car wash. Lastly, when I compare oil changing with other places, here is what I liked again, you won’t wait too much and price almost same and as I said you will get a free car wash exterior.

Ive been going here for years. Great service, reasonable prices. Ive gotten full service car washes, had my dads car waxed, engine cleaned, used the self-service wash, and always get my two vehicles state inspection. I dont understand some of the negative reviews. Ive never had problems here in more than 8 years. Will continue coming back.

Great service at great prices. I got the super deluxe car wash. They did a great job both in the interior or and exterior wash. My friend got a Express car wash and his truck was relatively more dusty. They took extra effort in getting it clean. Would recommend this place for a good wash.

Its hard to find a place where they do a full service car wash. Well here they do!! They do a great job at cleaning your car in just a few minutes. We bring all of our vehicles to get cleaned here. We even do detail cleaning here. I highly recommend this car wash. You will love it

Best full car wash for your money

Awesome was and clean!!! Even in between doors. No waiting. Nice staff. I bought a wiper blade from them, they installed it and checked tire pressure. They offer a few things more things than a regular car wash. Detailing services here are sooooo much better than Desert Hills on Mesa.

The attendant was not wearing a mask and since we have to open the window to pay, his germs from him talking were going in our car!

Definitely need to update their hand wash stations and maintain them. Ive been here 4 times and every time they are missing wax, and wheel wash. Wont be coming back for the rest of my time in El Paso

First of all the place is always dirty. There is barely even pressure coming out of the hose. The foam brush was terrible. Soap and the vacuum were also terrible

Simply an amazing job. I had just purchased a used car and the dealer did a terrible job with the detailing of the inside. I even thought that some of the stains were too bad and that I would just have to replace the upholstery. But I took it to Magic Touch and they were able to get most everything looking great. The owner even personally showed me the car in detail when I picked it up, which shows me he really takes pride in his work and is confident about the results. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

My truck got scratched from fron door to rear door, passenger side. I spoke with a guy in charge there and never heard from them again. I been a costumer since they first opened. No more, terrible staff.

After scrubbing down my bumper. Car Wash didnt fully remove bugs from the bumper so they had me go through it again. 👍👍

This car wash has a lot more than your average car wash, including basic car service options like oil changes, tire rotation and other fluid services and even state inspections! The service is always fast and friendly, no waits!

Paid for wash with armor all. Tipped the crew at wipe down. Got my butt chewed in front of everyone by the skinny office guy for wiping down my own inside side windows . I tipped a couple bucks there was no reason for that. Learn how to keep a customer you HAD for a long time.

Really just ok. Dont expect miracles if your car is especially dirty though. Also the drying blowers dont give you enough time, so youll end up pulling aside and drying your car by hand unless you want water spots left over.

This is a great car wash. I met the owner last time I was there and he was awesome.

This place is a complete and total dump. Very messy. The employee for inspections is very unhelpful and extremely rude. Absolutely terrible service. The vacuum area is a mess and the machines do not work well. Absolute rip off. Ive gone here 2 times and will never go again. Do not support this place. Bad business.

The positive reviews must be for the full service washes. Ive used the self/hand wash bays maybe a dozen times. The equipment seems old and in poor repair. Several times, for the soapy wash, the water comes out clear. Sometimes the brush soap doesnt work, sometimes the brush head just falls off.
