I have been a BMW owner for many years. I bought my car in Germany, had it serviced in Germany, Maine, Washington, and Louisiana. My experience with this service department was horrible! Arrived at 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment and didn’t get out of there until 2:30pm! Went in for an oil change and brake fluid change and came out with a check engine light on and my tire pressure monitor system no longer working, and a missing front cap. I am now back at BMW trying to get things right. Will update in the end!
