Sales reps walk with a “whatever” attitude and the prices weren’t the cheapest in town.I walked in and my sales rep greeted me like he didn’t even want to be there. I had seen identical furniture at a lesser price somewhere else. I just decided to go somewhere else and save myself the headache of my disastrous experience.

This was a really great experience. Carlos was great. He greeted us when we came in and gave us time to roam around. I found a table set I fell in love with and he gave us a great price and customized the set to fit our needs. In the middle of moving stress it was nice to have a great experience.

Bought my kitchen table there easy transaction and they had the product available and they delivered on Saturday since I work during the week which was a major plus. The prices where better than other places I went to. Furniture Row, National Liquidators, Man Man, and furniture city including delivery way better. I look forward to making business again for my living room sofas.

They don’tkeep their word. They told me I’d have my new couches on a certain day so I threw mine out and when I came to pickup they didnt have my couches. And they were unwilling to help get a different set at a good price

Sorry to say, but was in your store about 30 min shopping for couches. Not one employee stopped us to offer help, service or if we had any questions. Loved a set of them but couldnt get anyone. Lot of employee shirts walking around. Sad couldnt those couches.

I was very happy with this store, then I called today to check the status of my furniture. I was put on hold by Gabby for 10 mins. Only for me to have to call back, not even an apology for keeping me on hold. She dismissively told me, “it will be another two weeks”. I wish Martha was in, I’m seeing by other comments, she is the only one that is helpful.

Went there for the first time to purchase a living room set and I got a great deal. The furniture is reasonably priced and the sales staff is very friendly.

******PLEASE READ THE BOTTOM, Manager resolved my complaint.*****So I ordered a bedroom set from them, and the sales process went smooth. HOWEVER, when it came down to delivering the furniture their drivers just dropped off the furniture by the front door and left. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but my wife was home alone (due to me being away for Army training). They basically left her to fend for herself in finding out how to move the furniture UPSTAIRS. I will NEVER shop at this establishment again. I called and they told me that due to COVID restrictions, this was their policy. They never told me this at the time of sale.******UPDATE****** I spoke with the Manager (Carlos Martinez) and he agreed to have their delivery crew come back to take furniture upstairs and set up. Once this is complete, I will adjust my rating.

Carlos Herrera. This guys offered a good deal to my neighbor Micaela Sloate and he was very gentle and explained everything very well to her.

I went in this place for the first time about 6 weeks ago. While walking around I saw and fell in love with a sofa and loveseat. The next day I came in and paid cash for it only to be told that the sofa would have to be ordered. That was okay, I figured a couple of weeks max. After almost four weeks, I called and they told me it would be tow more weeks. I have been accessorizing and complimenting my new furniture with this and that in the meantime. Today, my salesman called me and told me two more weeks!!! Im so upset that I want a refund so I can go elsewhere and he said they probably wouldnt do that. Now I work for a company that recruits people to come here to live for 3 to 5 years and Ive heard good things but I think the no refund policy is ridiculous and if anyone who reads this knows me, do me a huge favor and go somewhere else. There are too many other places that Im sure are more accommodating. Ill never go back or recommend this place.

Horrible experience. I purchased a dining table which on different occasions has cracked broken into pieces. Have been given the run around after a month and a half of attempting to fix the problem with the store. I went to the store yesterday and was told a response to the matter was be given to me today. I took time off from work yesterday to make it there and once I got there Imelda told me the sales manager Carlos Martinez was off for the day and she could not call him, yet I had to take from my own time and work time to get there. Very unprofessional people. I have text messages from April where I reported the table cracked and a technician came to see it, then again it broke. The table is marble and sharp from the broken pieces. I have not heard from anyone anymore, therefore at this point I will be taking legal action. My husband attempted to contact Carlos Martinez today and was told he is in vacation and they dont know when he will be back.

No one acknowledges you. Much less assist you to see what you are interested in purchasing. Theyre too busy on their cell phones or chatting with each other. Purposely walked around the store for approximately 30 minutes and you wouldve thought I was the only person there.

Hours are a bit shorter due to the pandemic but everyone is wearing masks and they have a big bottle of sanitizer at the entrance/exit.People are friendly and helpful. Big floor with lots of selection.

Carlos Martinez should NOT be working as a manager. Absolutely NO customer service. They have pictures on their ads and when you go to the store they show you a COMPLETELY different thing. Extremely misleading.

You are practically nonexistent to the employees working there and sales personnel can and may forget they are attending you, it makes me believe that they do not have a sales quota to meet. Good selection of furniture though and very nice.

Purchased a sofa set and dinning set. 4000.00. By the second week the sofas were so uncomfortable. Tried to return them 3 weeks later but they had already made profit so they were not willing to exchange. I had been a loyal customer but this is how they treat their customers. Find another store.

Got some really nice furniture at a reasonable price and they helped me get it through Acceptance Now. I made my down payment and i paid it off in the time frame they gave me and the results are fantastic. I paid little to no interest and my credit score has highly improved due to them. Cant beat that. Thanks Hector and Omar.

Our experience was the worst, it has been 4 weeks since we ordered our recliners and have yet to get a call from anyone about there whereabouts. Getting the runaround, trying to get my money back. Will never do business there again.

Big sign in front of their store says, Nobody sells for less. Nobody They had a bed almost double from Furniture Row. When I told them they said oh well. Also when asked what is the material for a sofa and love seat, the sale rep said I dont know I didnt make it...

They sold us a sofa the one on display (floor model) for the same price without telling us!! All used🤬and told us they cant do anything cuz we already sign the paper

We walked in and nobody offered to help us, we looked around and found what we wanted then we had to go ask someone for help. The prices are high. The guy that helped us, acted like he was actually helping, but he opened a credit card under my name and maxed it out which is not good for the credit. I was unaware he was doing that I thought he was getting a loan as I had previously done the last time I bought furniture from there. I gave the three stars because I really love the bedroom set and mattress I bought.
