I went in yesterday to originally buy just a bed frame but Tony asked me what I needed and how he could genuinely help, and sold me a whole bedroom set that will be delivered to my new home at an amazing price and was very patient with me although I had my kids with me. My mom said she will be returning to purchase a bedroom set for herself that’s how amazing the service here is!

Originally went to Ashley homestore and they didnt have anything in stock till august, went here before closing and immediately got help and everything was in stock as well! Pricing was great, delivered and setup in my home as well. Definitely reccomend!

Bad experience, poor quality and managers try to sell defective furniture they did twice with my sectional I dont recommend this store avoid problems go to the next door furniture store.

My girlfriend and I went in and found a couch on Thursday Jan 7th around 3pm and had it delivered the very next day around 5pm. Tony was friendly and gave us a huge discount for not financing. We’d recommend anyone go here for their furniture.

They told me that delivery will be between 11 and 6pm. They delivered the table at 5:25 pm with no screws. Waste of my day.

My husband and I had a very good experience with management and employee name Tony. Tony was patient, kind and worked the best deal for our familys need. I would recommend anyone. When the items arrive the delivery men set up in a clean and timely fashion. I had no issues. Items were in stock and ready for a convenient delivery.

What a great couple of Guys! Tony was our salesman, he was great to work with and gave us a great deal on the living room set we wanted! He even sold us the set he wanted to buy, I hope his wife can forgive us. lol Thank you Tony and The Home Furniture Store!

To be honest we went (today Friday) to Ashley Furniture first because we needed urgently a table and 4 chairs for Saturday and they told us that they had no furniture on stock. When we were about to leave, in the parking lot, we saw the store and we tried better luck. We not only found a beautiful set, they gave us discount and they brought the table and the chairs 4 hours after being there. Amazing. Irma, the sales person, was super sweet and professional. If I could, I would give them a 10 stars review. We’ll be back. For sure.

So i had just moved out of my parents house and need furniture right away. They gave me a good deal and my salesman, Toney, was very helpful and also informative. Very good pieces and prices.

I purchased a bedroom set. After it was delivered I noticed some damages, talked to Tony the salesman to fix the problem. Sent him pictures. The delivery guys came back the next day when I wasn’t home. I was told they would call beforehand. (They didn’t call)If you purchase from them inspect your furniture before they leave. (COVID... didn’t want to be in the room with them)

Store manager Sam Elwir was more than excellent in his customer service. Weve found a place to furnish our home. Well definitely go back again.

Worst experience ever Both managers are horrible, rude, and disrespectful. At the time of delivery I was given a window from 2 to 6. Called into work stayed at home and waited for them. After waiting for almost 4 hours i receive a call from the delivery driver asking and I quote “are you coming to pick up your table and chairs” i said “excuse me but I was charged a delivery fee and I’ve been here waiting” then the driver says “ oh okay well it’s already the end of the day so maybe tomorrow” I was very upset so I called the manager at the home furniture store and after going back and forth and being rudely interrupted and disrespected I hung up and waited. The next day I called into work again to make sure I was home for the delivery. Driver calls me gives me the same window so I wait. After waiting for 6 hours they finally arrive around 8PM to put together the table only to find out the table is missing 4 bolts. they were not going to tell me if I hadn’t asked why it was wobbly once I asked they said and I quote “ oh yeah it’s missing 4 bolts and we don’t know where they are” so they decided that once the rest of the chairs came in they would bring the 4 bolts . I am here now 2 weeks later still waiting on the bolts the table has been so wobbly that the Legs are not even straight anymore and I don’t think the missing bolts are going to fix it I am so tired of calling the manager because his response to everything is “I don’t know” please avoid the trouble never buy from here Ashley furniture is right next door and they have better quality furniture for the same price
