Best pants ever. Very durable and extremely fade resistant. Had a pair for 2 years and still hasnt faded at all.

Staff doesn’t know what products they have when they have them when they will get them. They market products to be able to be rechargeable but dont sell the recharger even though its their brand just horrible customer service.

Great clothes! Bit pricey, but they last a long time!

The store is wonderful! Its full of tactical clothing, which is also perfect for hiking. Lots of options for women and a ton of options for men. Its clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices are very high (ie 50 dollars for running shorts), but you pay for what you get. I have a feeling these clothes will last for years, as the quality seems to be very high. My only issue is that for a tactical outfitters, they dont have any military/first responder discount. I feel like this would draw in more customers, especially in El Paso.

I mean come on it’s 5.11 you can’t go wrong with there gear. I have bags and equipment older than my 9 year old son and it’s still going strong. Maybe give some discount to first responders and that would be an awesome plus. Don’t get me wrong the gear Is worth every penny. The gear is AWESOME even thou they haven’t come out with anything actually new. All they do is change the product slightly with a new pocket and they call it a game changer tactical grilling apron and charge 140 just cause it’s something new. The only reason I gave it 3 stars and not 5, is the STAFF. I understand customer service is key, but from the moment I walk in I feel like I am at a car dealership with people coming up to me asking if they can help me? is there something in specific I’m looking for? Is there a certain size? Are you sure ? Yes no? And if you say no to all the questions you feel bad lol. From then on You are just getting Vultured the whole time with employees hovering over you asking if you need help every time you touch something. Sometimes I just want to be like I know more than you leave me alone lol. And last but not least the MANAGER, she is very intense and takes her job to seriously. The few times I have interacted with her she has been rude and to serious. Lol maybe that is a good thing for the company but not for the experience of the customer. I am sure by now they are looking me up in there system to see who I am sense it says my name and they will remember me sense I’m the only one in EP with that name. But o well it is what it is, it is an honest review and I stand by every word I have said.

Clothes are very nice, quality is great, lots of different styles for everyone. The only downside? A little bit on the expensive side but I think is worth it

Walked into the store looking for a 1.5 in TDU belt, encountered two of the friendliest employees I’ve ever seen. They helped me out and instantly found the belt I was looking for. Very friendly environment and will definitely return to buy more of their brand.

Best place for everything tactical and long lasting. Went there to buy some work boots, the previous lasted me 5 years of everyday use put thru every condition imaginable. Long lasting and durability is the 5.11 way!

Nice place to go! But they arent carrying for those people that are bigger size in the store and possibly need to other it on line which aint cool like come on it should be for all types of sizes not just average .

I would give it no stars if I could. The worst in customer service. I bought a flash light and in a couple weeks it broke. Took it in to see about the 45 day return and was told nothing they sell has a warranty. She also wished me luck calling customer service she heard they sometimes help.

Awsome and highly recommended, I hope this store makes it big here in El Paso Tx. There are great sales and being local takes the burden out of ordering online.

A very nice store for tactical type clothing. Very nice people there to help you & will answer any questions you might have about the items in the store. They have a section with chairs for various classes. A very clean & friendly. & informative store. Will go back again, Im sure. Yes, they do have handicap parking . Not sure if they have handicap restrooms as I did not have to visiit the restrooms while I was there. We went there as my husband orders clothing from them via the web. He was very happy to know that there was a store within driving distance from our home .

Really expensive Chinese clothing. The staff is nice though.Under Armor is the same quality and twice as cheap. No discount for active military, fire or police despite them being the target market.

The store is a bit small and has limited inventory, but what they have is very high quality. The staff is great, theyre very friendly and knowledge.

Friendly service everything is clean and organized. Id like more variety when it comes to weapons and gear but great clothing.

I bought a pair of boots tried them on the day I purchased them the next day that I wore them the right boot was hurting my toe really bad went back and was told they will not exchange had to go about it but calling the 866 number called that number for hours and no response? Dont recommend the one in front of cielo vista !!! 😣 bad attitude by the manager...
