Called before going out to purchase 8x16 cinder block. The salesman quoted me $1.86 a block. When I got there they changed the price to $2.19 per block. I tried to explain but they said that the salesman shouldn’t be giving out contractor prices! They refused to honor their phone quote. But what they don’t know is how many blocks the yard worker told me he gives out extra for a little side cash! Dumb business owner doesn’t know about his business.

Brent smith is supposed to be the manager for the area of Las Cruces and El Paso. Juan at Las Cruces ACME messed up my order for a home project. Brent has said multiple times the issue would be addressed and they have been lies. I’ve been unable to finish my patio for several weeks now. I’m highly disappointed in the dishonesty of this entire company in this area. Avoid doing business with them to avoid unnecessary stress in your life.

Their website says they close at 4:30 pm. When I arrived the receptionist said the loaders stop working at 4 pm and the offices closes at 4:15 pm, when stated otherwise.
