Great place with reasonable pricing and great staff

Its a small store but does have a good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. Had issues with more than 40 tiles being off by an eight of an inch. My word against theirs and of course the manufacturer says all tiles that were sent to me were the exact size. Customer service was great product not so much.

The tile are very nice and cheaper than home depot and lowes the only complaint I have is that they should put signs on tile that are out of stock and discontinued instead of washing time on those tiles.

Highly recommend this place!We went to two other tile businesses before we went to DeCasa and service was horrible.At DeCasa we met with Adrian Ponce, who was highly knowledgeable and very welcoming. He offered us a great / fair price and great service. Adrian in the loading area was very helpful and hard working. We rate this place 5 stars for great customer service, attentiveness!

“My husband and I were told to come here and ask for Ana. We were greeted and offered water when we first came in. We had nothing but excellent service from them. Ana was patient and was willing to answer any and all of our questions. She gave us an awesome deal and was very polite. We are excited to start our new project. Thank you again!” - This was my original post.My husband and I came back to purchase more material from this company. We did need to return some of it because we had excess, but also because in many of the boxes there was broken brick. We were told we could exchange the return for another product that they had so that we would not be charged the restocking fee. Well after telling us they had what we needed in stock, we tried to exchange our material and then we’re told they didn’t have what we need in stock and in order to return anything, we had to pay the restocking fee. So their material is broken, we can’t exchange, and now we are told to pay this fee. We were told to come in today. Now that we are here they are telling us to come back tomorrow. We have been waiting for over an hour to speak to a manager and still nothing.**Update- They agreed to take the closed boxes for a full return but refused to refund us the money for all of the broken brick. 🤔Hmmm, they sell broken brick and then don’t want to take it back.......

Well this is slightly late, BUYER BEWARE, I had tile delivered to my home,(over 1500 SQ ft.) I paid them so that if any tile was broken they would replace it. Well 5 boxes of a total of 15 tiles were broken.(Big Tile) I called and they (people in the back office) kept telling me that they were out and this kept on going on and on for a very long time,each time I called to get my replacement, they would claim they had not gotten shipments in. Did they offer a refund NO. Will let the BBB know. They are NOT moral, honest,sincere, or an honorable business. WATCH OUT. And if you look at the other reviews it looks like they do steal. Not once did they call to fix the situation. ALWAYS THE RUN AROUND.

Service and product was great but the employees are not wearing facemasks.

I came to buy tile at Mi Casa. Ana Lucia at the counter charged me $983 and I gave her exactly $1,000.00 in cash. Mind you, I counted the money at the counter in front of Ana Lucia, and Ana Lucia then counted after I did. She proceeded to the back to get me my change, because they did not have the register in the front. She comes out saying I was $200 short, that it was only $800 I gave her. I asked Ana Lucia how that was possible if both her, and I counted it at the counter, and both counted $1,000.00 even? Her response was, she miss counted. I could not do anything about it because I did not see what was going on in the back when she went to get my change. Please be careful with places like this, and make sure youre not being robbed of your money from places like this.

Receptionist was very rude! I saw they way she talked to customers as if they were idiots. She avoided helping me and called someone just to help us. If you are in a customer service position you should have better customer service skills. They lost my business because of this. Overpriced, overrated and Rude!!!!!!

I received real good service....... for the person with the math issues, a piece of 18 tile is multiplied 18 times 18 then divided by 144 which gives you 2.25sf then you multiply by $1.35 that will give you price per piece.....

I asked for shower tile they pointed to a corner that was it,no courtesy to help so I left .parking so small when I left I had dings 2 of them from some fat people that walked in when I was leaving the building to my truck .Woohoo angry

Very poor service ... they make fraudulent transactions .... a box of 8 pieces of 18 inches has 144 inches which is equal to 12 square feet ... the unit price per square foot is 1.35 ... how much does a box cost? ?? ... 16.2 dollarsI wanted to charge 23 dollars a box ... wow ... they didnt go to school !!!!!!!!!!!
