John at HD Supply in El Paso Texas ROCKS! Consistently goes the extra mile and knows what he is talking about. If he does not have in stock what you need he calls around until he finds it! Great Customer Service like this is hard to find. He even called me to find out if I got our tool okay and if I needed anything else! I call HD Supply because of their selection and pricing but to be honest they are pretty comparable to Northern Tool and Home Depot. I return to HD Supply because of John. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Poor customer service gave me the wrong stuff. Ray he was real rude I dont know how he is a mgr there. And as for john no where to be found when I needed to talk to the hr about my service here. Osacr luna come back and attend to your customers like a real boss.
