My first contact with ADT was my sales consultant,Will. He was great to talk to and work with. He ensured I had everything I needed and got me some great discounts for minimal cost up front. He was thorough and helpful and answered all my questions. The second person I interacted with was Collin, the installation technician. He was very professional and courteous. He worked quickly and quietly. But he provided only about a 2-minute overview of the system. He never showed me how to disarm the system (which I needed the first night), we never discussed a verbal password (which I also needed the first night), and he left my old doorbell laying on the front porch. He didnt leave a Users Manual in lieu of a verbal overview of the system, so I was left to figure it out and configure the system on my own. He was very nice and polite, but not thorough or helpful at all.

From start to finish my ADT representative Vanessa was awesome! I contacted ADT inquiring about their service for my home during the building process and shorty after Vanessa contacted me. She has always been very professional and knowledgeable. I have contacted Vanessa during several phases of my home build for prewire and she always provided me with the knowledge needed. Prior to my closing Vanessa did an initial walk through to pick out and finalize my security plan with her. Vanessa pointed out security sensors that the builder was missing in my home. Trying to get that issue resolved after closing would have been a nightmare. I am glad that I choose ADT for my security service and even more thankful for the great customer service provide by Vanessa.

ADT IN El Paso Tx is terrible… Stay away from this company in El Paso. I’ve been dealing with an issue since before July 21 and ADT hasn’t fixed the issue. The manager running the show here is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! This is what I’m paying for, see pic….. And corporate office won’t do anything about it… They leaving it up too local office to deal with.. I recommend just buying security cameras from local store like at Sam’s Club.. they are better than ADT Cameras..

I had an amazing experience with Vanessa and the consultation on security solutions for my home. My system is so cool but the best part is the peace of mind my wife has. Vanessa was so professional and you could tell she really cared about my family and providing that security my wife was looking for. She answered all our questions and took care of us to the max. I received a postcard letting me know that ADT needed to upgrade the radio and that they had repeatedly attempted to contact me. I do not answer calls except for those in my contact list. ADT did not leave any messages.I called the number on the postcard and I was told I would have a 30 minute wait. I then scanned the QR code and set up the service appointment by using the chat feature as I needed to have my smoke and carbon monoxide sensors repaired/replaced as they had sent a message that they were not working properly. The agent then set up the appointment and on the day of the appointment the technician arrived and was able to upgrade the radio but when I asked him to fix the other problems he stated that he was only a radio tech. He contacted the ADT scheduler and found that another service appointment was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. That was the first time I had been made aware of a second appointment. Luckily I was able to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the new service call.

ADT will not stand behind security products that they sell. They acknowledge a security issue but will not fix an issue with the system that does not work and needs to be upgraded. They will try to SELL you a new system that does what it is supposed to do, record video if motion activates it and record again with only 60 second lag vs. 4 minutes on pulse system. Not to mention trying to lock you in for 36 months again. Increases on agreed contracts without prior notification!!! Dishonest and horrible service, stay away!

Adt is the worst security system that is on the market they have super cheap and simple engineering! The adhesive on the motion sensors are super strong and they only send you one piece for each piece they do t have no extra in the box just in case it messes up or rips paid off your wall & doors!!!The customer service system is also built to lure customers away so your chances of getting real help from a enthusiastic representative is rare so be prepared to spend 30-45 minutes on the phone and be prepared to make a couple calls just incase they hold session during the phone call. The worst part is getting to a manager or someone higher in the business because now you need to send a email to get a hold of them. This is definitely not worth time & money. Now i got to be committed For a whole year because Im not trying to mess up my credit! I just started getting my life together and this is certainly wasting my time. For new future customers be aware and don’t fall for the hype its all a legitimately rip off and it’s not cool where’s the customer service at!!!!?

People still got threw the equipment. Which is out dated and way to big and to easy to get threw. And the contract is for to many years.the windows are good but everything else needs scaled down and thined down and really the time needs skimmed too. You are out dated and a waste of my money

ADT Security Services has protected my home since 2009. The experience with the sales person and the installation technician was well above expectations. The team provided thorough instructions and an explanation of services that were being performed. Had it not been for Vanessa Cuylers experience, professionalism, and knowledge about the product she was selling I could have very well went with another security service provider. I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend ADT and Vanessa Cuyler to any friend and family member for security services.

If you are renting in the El Paso area, do not go with ADT. 3 years ago my wife was sold a unit that she was told would be transferrable when we PCSed. That is not the case. It is a wireless system and the product itself is great. Just did not like the fact they lied to my wife. The agent who came out and did the estimate saw an opportunity to make a large sale and took advantage of the fact my wife was alone when I deployed. We are now out almost $4k in a security system we were told we would be able to transfer to our next home.
