Great service and very knowledgeable you get what u pay for dont be cheap get it done correct the first time

I went in to look at a selection of home audio speakers, and was helped by junior. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to display the different home theater speaker systems to me. There was a wide variety of stereos, amplifiers, bookshelf speakers, and Tower speakers. Very high-quality store with excellent components. Highly recommended, excellent customer service!

Even budget minded folks will find what they are looking for here. Ronnie hooked me up with a Marantz 7.1 home theater receiver and some choice Paradigm Monitor speakers. Never heard of them? I hadnt either. They are probably the best budget friendly audiophile quality speakers on the market. Forget those mass produced brands you have heard of and give these a test drive. You will not regret it.And, should you have a healthy budget, youll find ELAC and Bower & Wilkins here as well.

Fantastic selection of high end audio equipment and great customer service, glad I found them since they moved from their gateway location. McIntosh and B&W is an unbelievably clean combination both visually and sonically.

Awesome customer service. I was referred to them by Carmax to diagnose my alarm system. Every other shop (including the one on Ft Bliss) immediately tried to charge me diagnostic fee and sale me a new system before they even looked at the one I already have. These guys are very professional and support their Military members.

Sadly my experience with Soundquest was a very poor one. Damages on my BMW amounted to $2,126.18 and they refused to take financial responsibility. During the install process they failed to order and install all of the required adapters for my car. And I believe this ultimately resulted in these damages. The owner would not take financial responsibility, despite initially agreeing to cover the costs for the repairs. I wish I had experienced a better outcome. I wouldnt recommend any of their services to anyone. Also, be aware that this business isnt even registered with the Better Business Bureau. HUGE RED FLAG!

These people are true professionals, the installer definitely knows what hes doing I didnt feel like they were cheating me out of any products that I bought and there was no skimping on quality. My vehicle was delivered on time by the way this was years ago...... many years ago!!! and my system still worked well.Due to their high-end products I thought it would be super expensive but they were actually reasonable and actually sought out to give me the best option for what I was looking for. My installation was done in 2008, all these other deal seekers dont know enough to care about your system. You do pay for quality, nuff said!

Great place to demo hi-fi equipment at prices in line with Amazon and other online retailers. I went in to check out the ELAC Debut B6 speakers and was able to compare them to other speakers.I walked out with a ELAC B5 Uni Fi pair because they sounded better but also because they were same price online. This is the place to go to get a quick education on audio equipment and hear some serious equipment.Very good service, very knowledgeable, and very good equipment. A+++

I was in and out of this store many times during the years I was living in El Paso. Many times just going in with some CDs and listening the awesome selection of speakers. What I like about this store is the zero-pressure sales approach. I never felt uncomfortable the times that I was there and didnt buy anything, I was always welcome back. The Owner, Rony, is the most knowledgeable audio/video salesman I have met and a pleasure to do business with.

The best store in El Paso for audio equipment! Rony has an awesome selection, never pressures you to buy something, nor upsell you something you dont need. Dont waste your time going to the box stores, buy local!

Great customer service and price worth every penny.

This review is long over due.I have had a custom box for my sub made, installed and sounded great.Then the bug bit me harder and saved up for focal speakers( best line of speakers period)Had those installed with dynamat and powered through a 5 volt Kenwood radio.The salespeople and owner are very great people and know and understand what TRUE fidelity sound quality is.Go take a look at their home theater section and you will know what I mean.A lot of places and people in this city dont understand high fidelity sound.These people do and its a local business.Support your local buisness!!!!!The prices are very reasonable for high quality products. The installation isnt bad at all either.I would expect prices to be higher and vary for types of vehicles.Talk to JR or Ronnie tell them the guy with the buick sent you.Jr. Understands the car audio and everything you need to run a clean and crisp setup.they give you plenty of options of what you can do.I just finished installing new focal and along with a lc7 to keep my stock radio.The sound is ungodly tight, and crisp.The installer is great and you cant even tell someone has touched anything in your car.I hope to buy a home theater system from them.Next goal is to install a full setup on my wifes car.You wont go wrong.
