Been looking forward to making this review for a while. Throughout the entire process I never had a doubt in my mind that my car would come out incredible,I could tell from the moment I met Hawks that he was a man with a plan,and we definitely put that to the test. He wouldnt give me my car until it was as perfect as it could be no matter the cost to him, he knocked the price a bit, upgraded my sound system, made my car unique and even rented me a car when it went past the due date and I needed transportation. Throughout the entire thing he treated me like family and assured me that he would make it worth my wait all while cycling through employees and moving his shop.Needless to say, I recommend going to him for any of his services and I if you have half the experience I did then you wont regret it.

Hawk went hard on this project for my grandbaby, I asked and he delivered. He ran into a few hiccups, missed the deadline... but was determined not to give up on this project, and get it right...and thats exactly what he did! Best car audio shop in El Paso. Hawk has alot of knowledge and great customer service, he helped me get all the speakers and pieces by myself based on my budget, car and the quality i want it. In my opinion is better to buy components online, in other shops they offer older stuff for more money. Hawk also offered a better price for installation and its higher quality and they know what they are doing.

Wouldn’t recommend taking your car here to get wrapped. Was told a week and that week went from a a little over a month. Poor communication from Hawk. Had to constantly drive down to the shop to see if progress was being made because of the poor communication. My car sat in the shop for 3 weeks untouched. When they actually started to wrap the car the process only took about a week. Why did they have it for a month? I’m not sure. When I finally got the car back. I was getting a system malfunction code. I took it to the dealership service and it was because they didn’t connect the antenna right. Driving it a bit longer could have fried my entire engine module. Then my windows stopped working because they put the wrap under the window which caused my regulators to stop working and had to get those replaced as well. Since it was the wrap that caused the regulators to go out, the warranty did not cover it. So if you have a pretty modern car do not take it here. I was told they would call for me to take it back for touch ups. You can see where the two seams overlap and part of it is lifting. . Looks really ugly, really regret taking it here. I texted hawk and get no answer as to when I could take it in to fix the issues. I’m going to have to take it to a different shop to fix what they did wrong. Definitely stay away from here when it comes to wraps. Not worth he money or the headache.

Time is of the essence. Starting in new location, has to get the place up and running. I went when he 1st moved in. Slowly but surely getting place up to par. It took a while to get my car ready but VERY EXCITED ABOUT RESULTS!!!! I dont think anyone could have done a better job! They say you get what you pay for, I got a lot! Sometimes may be hard to stick to a time line, but always get what you pay for. I try to be a man of my word, if you dont have your word you have nothing.

Great personal and great work ethics. They helped troubleshoot my car stereo problems fast and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I have an eCommerce business that sells OEM Integrated Backup Camera Systems. Found Hawks Audio on Yelp! and referred a customer of ours to his shop for installation on a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Needless to say, Hawks got the system installed and functioning as it should. I had a chance to speak to Hawk about the installation and hes got years of experience under his belt. Will HIGHLY recommend his shop for any vehicle installation.

Staff is not on the same page when it comes to custom order mask. Dont believe what they say or offer, its the opposite
