The huge menu from this shop has something for everyone. I always try new drinks every time I go. This time I tried a piñanada and a peach smoothie. My husband had the Boba Madness. With all the drink and bubble options, there are almost an endless amount of combinations. I cant wait until we get to go again. Ill also be taking all my friends and family once the pandemic is over. The staff is really helpful and it is easy to order from here online through DoorDash if you dont want to go inside to place your order. The location is a bit hard to find. You should take Castellano road off Mesa to get there, even though the address is listed on Monticello.

Came here for the first time today and loved it! Had a a lot of drink options on the menu. Cute little place and had a fun atmosphere as well.

Teapioca Lounge has this very nice vibe to it. The beverages are so so so good. The drinks do take some time to make so you have to be patient depending on how busy they are. Totally worth coming here with friends or family. Theres always something for someone.

Why has it taken me so long to rate Teapioca Lounge? This place is the best! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The shoppe is really cute always very clean. Their boba tea is some of the best I’ve had. We visit at least once a week. I would say most people who visit this location will enjoy and love it as much as my daughters and I do.

Teapioca is the first place my family has gone to for takeout since the lock down began last year. Because we had never been there, we really planned ahead. We went online and went through the menu for a couple days so we would know exactly what we wanted. When I called ahead to see how pick up worked, the person I spoke to was so helpful and kind. Then we ordered online and went to go pick up our drinks. Everyone was so helpful and nice inside. Usually after so much build up, you would think we would be disappointed. But, this is a place that really met our expectations and beyond. Everything we ordered was as good as we imagined it would be and better. I know that for some people, picking up a few drinks would be no big deal, but it made our weekend thanks to the qualify of the product and the amazing patience and help of the staff. They were very busy today, but not too busy to be incredibly nice. We will be back a lot.

First time here and my husband and I loved it!! Definitely coming back every time we go to TopGolf. We got the Oreo Cookie Smoothie and the Mocha Frappioca 12/10

Really good service, not the fastest but overall great flavors!

Was a good place but declined in satisfaction the last few months. Workers refused to take orders over the phone, stated only online, which is NOT user friendly, or for folks who aren’t tech savvy. The times I ordered online my orders were wrong. The last few times teas have been slightly bitter and I’ve seen some flies on the topping counter. 🪰It’s an ok place with chain-grade boba tea. All the gentleman staff have so far been great but some of the young ladies have been rude and appear bothered.

Love how customizable all the treats are at Teapioca Lounge. Online ordering takes a second figure out the first time, but once you know what to click on its easy.

We love Teapioca! They have so many drinks to choose from, but my favorite is the Green Tea with Coconut. The stores get busy, but the staff is fast & incredibly nice. They always suggest new drinks for me to try.I think its great that they gave their workers a day off to enjoy!We will always support them 100%🥳

I was pleased with my boba tea. Counter staff was pleasant and friendly and made good recommendations. The classic green tea coconut tea was great and I appreciate being able to pick out the sweetness level of it. I noticed some people complaining because this establishment closed the day after opening to do something nice for their employees. Well, any business that is kind to their employees has my business all the way!

Never went in sign on door no mask no service I left. Spent my money at Barnes and noble they sell frozen drinks too.

Ice cream coffee is the best just ask for light ice. Also the cashier was very sweet and helpful

Great drinks. The staff does an awesome job of customizing. The app is the absolute worst though to order. No ability to leave tip. Only on website but the website freezes my phone. However ordering experience will Not detract from quality of drinks and the flexibility of the staff to accommodate modifications.Oh and also for the owner responding to another reviewer below not having issues, here are screenshots of three different web browsers Ive used. Understand that there are many times Ive wanted to order but because of your bugginess I couldnt. The app works but doesnt allow you to leave tip and if I cant tip, then Id rather not order

What a cool spot! Enjoyed my visit and glad to see something new in the area. Our drinks were very good and the location is great. They have a great sunset view of the mountains. The menu was very overwhelming but a lot of selection. Will recommend to others and will be coming back to try other things on the menu.

I always get the Taro Cream Blast which is delicious but I have heard the other drinks are good too. It would be awesome to be able to order online thr whole week

Great place to enjoy good bubble tea and Smoothies.If you want smoothies, make sure to say it!I see many people point the BlasTea and think that they are ordering a smoothies, then complaint that why the staff give them a tea.If you want Tapioca (Boba or pearls), make sure you say so, Teapioca Lounge have made it simple that drinks are just drinks, you add your own things of what you like, so you are not forced to have Tapioca while you are not a fan of it.

Best Boba in El Paso. Enjoyable atmosphere. Definitely will come back. We tried the Thai boba and cantaloupe boba.

When I went, they take your order outside. Staff was very friendly. They were training a new employee but it didn’t interfere with our experience at all. Tea was great too!! I love that they have lots of great bubble tea options and flavors!! I did a white tea base with lavender and lychee - it was fire!!

Finally! A real bubble tea place in EP! There are so many options, not just for teas, but for smoothies, shaved ice, slushees & so much more. Each Boba Tea can be customized to your liking & the prices are all really reasonable! There’s even a play area for the kids, & lots of indoor & outdoor seating.

Product is amazing however service is not that great, really take a long time, which wouldn’t be a problem but they seem to bogart sitting areas or tables for their customers, we aren’t on long down anymore would it really kill you to put up tables and chairs, kinda ridiculous...ohh and they just opened up today and already out of boba!?!? Thought u made it fresh daily, very disappointed with this place, can’t see myself wasting my time there again

This is literally the best place to get a good tea on the westside hands down! I read other reviews about people not liking the online ordering system that they have now during the pandemic, and I think those reviews are just ridiculous! They have thousands of drink combinations!! I see how it can be overwhelming to order online because of this... But the staff is super knowledgeable and willing to help you order if you just call and let them know what you prefer and they will help you narrow it down! You can call them for help or even go to the front and order from your phone while they are standing their guiding you! Problem solved people! Dont let those reviews scare you away from the most delicious refreshing tea youll ever have! I usually get a tea around 12 and thats when they first open and there is always a wait because many other people know whats up and are coming to get a good tea also! Longest Ive waited is 5 minute and it was worth every second!

Bad customer service... called to order can’t take orders over the phone. Went online ordered... drove there only so they can tell me they have no boba..... it was an order for 8 girls my daughters birthday... and they couldn’t tell me over the phone... I had to drive there so they can tell me they had no boba. Never again ordering from here.

At the moment you need to order online, overall the boba was soft and excellent. The drink itself was the perfect amount of sweet. I am a boba connisseur and have tried countless places, this is my #2 spot besides my #1 which is located in CA.

I lived in San Antonio for many years and truly missed delicious Boba that I didnt have to make at home. Stumbled upon here by chance in March 2020 and I am so thankful for it!Their service has always been quick and I love that I can order online in advance and swing by to pick up. I have never had an issue with the staff who are so polite and following mask wearing and social distance guidelines!My only qualm is ordering through favor/postmates as it is quite confusing, so I usually use the website and just pick up myself. They dont take cash which is fine with me in the time of rona, but I believe they might have tap to pay if that suits your fancy 🤔Other than that its probably my favorite spot even compared to the ones Ive tried in other cities! 😍

The drinks were absolutely delicious! The customer service was excellent, as well. Instead of making the drinks just as we ordered they called to let us know our drinks were not sweet and asked if we wanted them sweetened.

Large selection of teas. Found this place by following a slew of local food social media sites, so big thanks to them. Id like if they d have some salty items to go with teas. sandwiches, nachos?...the skys the limit. Will definitely be back as the staff is courteous and friendly, and the location is quite unique. that view up castellano, the view to the west, go check it out.

They have good product, but they only take web orders, and offer a huge variety of options, and those factors combine to make the interface for ordering hard to navigate, especially on a phone.

Large menu with tons of options, I’ve never gotten a drink I didn’t like. Even pre Covid my order was always made in a timely manner. I didn’t encounter any problems with ordering online.

We love the place and really enjoy their drinks and service. Living at the Montecillo it’s very convenient;however, the last few times we’ve come an hour before closing they have been out of the tapioca balls. That is the wholePoint of coming here so running out an hour before closing is bad for business. Will not be coming back if this isn’t fixed.

This place is the bomb. I’ve been looking for a place that served boba teas past 9, and this hit the spot. I drove from the lower valley to hit this place up. Service was great. People were really helpful. LOTS of choices (kind of overwhelming), but it is still a great place.
