The staff are so empowered they couldnt figure how to land sausage, egg n cheese on a bagel. Although if u want mammoth milk in ur coffee its a go.

Good to have a cup of coffee when its cold outside . Remember not to purchase items like this because they can not be brought into the United States. They will be confiscated. So dont let someone talk you into buying these items you will only lose your money and can get in trouble if not reported to duty officer. But thank you Starbucks for the shop in the Airport

Glad to have a Starbucks at the Airport terminal while waiting for my flight to start boarding, but the service was terrible. The crew had loud music playing to the point that the person taking the orders couldnt hear what people were ordering. I ordered a Venti cappuccino and when I received it, half the cup was foam. I told the young lady behind the counter and she seemed bothered that I brought that up to her attention. She took my cup, disposed of it and began to make a new. When I received my replacement cappuccino, it was the same outcome. Half foam and half cappuccino. That was an expensive cup of foam I received. If you dont like your job, its time to quit and move on to another job.

Worst Starbucks by far for taking car of customers. The staff constantly stops to have discussions amongst each other, no order when it comes to serving customers and it would seem they dont know how to make a simple Carmel Frappuccino with Whip. The Starbucks attendant looked directly at the side and yelled Carmel Frap no whip when you can see it say w/whip. Also where is the Carmel that should be drizzled on top of the whip cream. Put your expectations very low if you need a coffee and dont expect great service.

Great place to get your morning coffee, and to get confused about the size of grande, or big, I still dont get it right, but Im working on it, eventually I will totally get it.And I think I love it!

The one near the B gates is amazing! I was having stomach cramps and a bad belly ache. Haven’t been feeling too hot and I was nervous to fly with my upset stomach. I don’t do Starbucks to much, usually just hot chocolate. I told the ladies behind the counter what was going on and if they had any recommendations and they fixed me up really fast with a Medicine Ball. It didn’t even take 10 minutes for my stomach to settle once I got it.I am so grateful to these women ❤️

Nothing particularly special. You know what you are getting, which is helpful. I tried an undertow for the first time, which is a unique 2 syrup shot espresso floating on cold milk and mixes while you drink it, fun and not on the menu.

Nice place to wait in El Paso airport. Really ght a cross from a large airy atrium with plenty of table to work. This area is only busy around lunch and dinner the rest of the time it is fairly empty and quiet.Enjoy your latte, or mocha in some peace.Childrens play area in the open space between gates B8-10 so if you need a place that kid friendly its only a few yards away. Perfect location for a Starbucks😊

Pretty annoying that I dont exist. They forgot my order completely. Stood at the waiting counter for a while with blank stares from the staff. They gave me a cookie to make up for it. 🙃

The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the cleanliness of the outside displays was decent. Aside from that, the workers here are very rude, inefficient, and lack common decency. The three female workers decided to rather talk about their failure to provide a previous customer with satisfactory service like it was an achievement instead of helping me. Afterwards, it took 15 minutes to make one drink, and when reminded that I also ordered a cup of water, not only did one worker scoff at me, she wiped her nose as if to express her lack of concern for hygiene when handling my order. Perhaps, the only reason the outside displays are nice is because they are in the airport; otherwise, I would be surprised if this place looked decent at all.

Overrated in my humble opinion. but its what people want. I do enjoy a pikes place on occasion though.

The Starbucks closest to where I was in El Paso, is awesome. Awesome customer service, and quick to get things done. The drive through has the sweetest baristas.

Why is it that every Starbucks at airports SUCK at customer service? Is it too much to give a proper greeting when a customer approaches the counter? Are the regular customers that rude that it causes you to become sour over time?Is there a reason why my coffee cup always tend to spit out and cause a stain on my shirt? This has happened twice in a row and I know I dont have a drinking problem.Guess I need to take my business elsewhere when I need coffee at the airport...

We ordered 2 caramel macchiatos a caramel Frappuccino and an iced macchiato. Everything else was good but the iced macchiato. It was nothing but cream. When I went to go have them make it correctly they told me that the macchiato is all cream. I told her that I have never seen o e so light. It didn’t even taste like coffee at all. I am very disappointed. I have purchased iced macchiatos at the same location that seem to be the same no espresso in them. All I say is don’t but an iced macchiato there.

Starbucks chai latte is all time favorite. I wish they could have made some foam by steaming little exta time.

Not to be rude but they don’t even deserve a single star! They charged me 65cents for extra whip, but did I get it? No. Why? Cuz they’re too busy! Horrible customer service!!!!! The girl who made my coffee didn’t even wanna answer my question, she straight up ignored me when I asked her about my order. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I visited this location (El Paso International Airport) on 12/26/19. The Starbucks traffic was light but the 5 staff members could not take my order for a Tall Flat White correctley. I actually waited about 15 minutes before i noticed my empty cup setting on the counter. Really poor service here every time i visit this location.

Avoid the paninis at this location. I ordered a turkey pesto panini which was soggy. I reordered thinking it was just a bad one, the second one was also soggy. I love Starbucks paninis so this was a disappointment!

Best oatmeal and breakfast in the airport. Chai tea is divine!

Poor server attitude. They skipped my order twice and when I approached the server about my cup she coldly replied theres a line!. So I made the situation clear for her. She immediately complied and I got my order. Clean and without any further lip from her.

It was a training day so several o the workers while very friendly were confused about orders. For example, the customer before us was double charged by mistake. They made two fraps when he only wanted one.When I walked up to the counter to get a refill on my brewed coffee:1. They took my previous cup to refill - a Starbucks no-no for sanitary reasons2. They tried to charge me full price for the coffee...3. When I clarified that I had ordered a refill the cashier informed me that they didnt sell refills. (Why didnt someone say that the first five times I said refill?) She then commented that they werent a real Starbucks, they just had an liscensed.....?All said and done, if you want to grab a cup on your way past, so far so good. If youre expecting Starbucks famed quality and care - keep trucking.

Penny pinchers! Simple request...extra packet of nuts for an order of classic oatmeal. Response from attendant: Sorry, our packets are pre counted...one packet per order of oatmeal and we do not have extras. You have to buy another oatmeal to get a packet because they dont sell them separately. Oh yes ..I just work here ... was the attendants last words.As a long time Starbucks Rewards member ...I was not only surprised with the response but truly disappointed with their lack of customer service.Considering the location is in the airport terminal ...and very likely the first or last contact a traveler will have with a local business...this experience, as insignificant as it may appear was totally unnecessary if the owner, manager of this location would focus more on customer service ...from a paying customer ...instead of worrying about the stringent inventory requirements and one packet per order rule. I would have been more than happy to pay for the extra packet but the attendant refused to sell it because of their rules.I feel bad for the employees who through no fault of their own have to deal with a system that is focused on squeezing that extra penny out of a customer. We are already paying prime for all airport food and drinks...this Starbucks has found a way to add to their bottom line at a cost that no other Starbucks I know does. Shame on you.

I order my Venti blonde flat white and she asked me over and over but before me was a young guy who was flirting with her and she was very sweet. When I get coffee its a Grande I tell the other girl so the same girl that made mistake makes the same coffee all over again and I again told her its A Vento so she gets mad and complains to the other girl while dumping in sink two coffees down the drain so finally I get my Venti coffee which was good and on the counter 2 other mistakes were left because she was to excited to concentrate I waited for 20 minutes for one coffee

Good music, just too loud. I couldnt hear the servers. The oatmeal wasnt hot enough and had too much water so it didnt mix well. ( #oatsoup is A waste of $)

Could not get through the attending person that I wanted a warm drink without caffeine other than hot chocolate. When I thought we had an agreement on a hot vanilla bean drink we ended up with a frappuccino. She had an attitude and she managed the situation poorly by dismissing us to attend other customers. Starbucks is not a bar where people should be treated like wasted drunkards. She definitely should ebe attending other type of business. The exorbitant amount of money charged for what these drinks really cost should at least allow them to hire nicer staff. I doubt I will ever stop at this Starbuck when I am at this airport. There is number next to the attendants name on the ticket. I will not write her name but her employer should into it: 396042.

There are 3 Starbucks at El Paso Airport. One before security and two after which I was not aware of. Therefore, I had to throw away my Starbucks drink before security. After going through Security, I saw a Starbucks near my departure gate and chitchat with the Barista Nicole behind the counter how I didnt know there was a Starbucks after Security and had to throw away my drink. She offered me to make a new one for me and was very friendly as well. Mad props to her, give her a raise or something for going above ane beyond and taking care of customers. Great customer service!!

Nice quiet place to chill with a cup of coffee.

They have their own versions of the drinks which made me apprehensive about even keeping the beverage. They will argue with you back and forth even if youve gotten same beverage made the same way in several states but I gave them an extra star for remaking it according to everyone elses recipe. Wouldve been three but the prices are high in the airport.

Twice there and both times the coffee was worse than the normal bitter you expect from Starbucks. It was like the coffee had been sitting in the pot cooking for hours. So was the normal bitter but burned.
