The cookies are so good. We always get delivery and the cookies are always warm. When we order ice cream with the DYI kits the ice cream is perfect temp for making out ice cream sandwiches. Highly recommend! PS I can never get a picture of our cookies because they get eaten so quickly.

Wonderful experience. Easy online ordering, and curbside availability. I decided to go inside and pick up, and had a wonderful experience with the lady working! She chatted a little about different cookies that I had ordered. She was very personable. We will be back!

Y-U-M-M-Y! What a filling snack at 10pm 😆My husband had the strawberry ice cream and I had the creamwich 😋 with a chocolate cookie, a fresh, hot peanut butter cookie with a LARGE scoop of strawberry ice cream in the middle. It was delicious!

Had to wait almost an hour for the cookies to be ready after the guy said it was gonna be 10 min. Meanwhile in the back all I could hear was the employees laughing and not doing anything. Cookies were good but not worth that wait.

Great tasting cookies! But the service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The man that helped me was unusually snobby, its a cookie place for gosh sakes. I might go again for sake of quality product but honestly the really terrible interaction doesnt make me want to go back anytime soon.

BEST VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE EVER!! Finally found my go to place for a vegan cookie! I didn’t try any other flavors but the chocolate chip vegan is AMAZING!! It’s so hard to find a good vegan cookie anywhere, highly recommend!!!!

I ordered cookies 2 days in advance. The delivery address was repopulated with my billing address when I placed the order. I noticed this right away and made the correction. My order was still delivered to the wrong address. When I called to notify them, I was given HORRIBLE customer service and told I would have to wait 3 more hours for the correct delivery. I agreed. 4 1/2 hours and 5 rude phone calls later my cookies arrived. Want delicious fast cookies? Go to the store, buy your ingredients, bake from scratch and your cookies will still be done sooner than this place delivers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. We were repeatedly told that they were just so busy so we drove by the store right after the delivery and waited outside... not a customer in sight. Want to be up all night? Look no further.

The cookies are good but the staff are not. My first time going there yet my last time. The staff felt like they were rushing us I was reaching out for my credit card in my purse when the lady in the front rudely told me they only accept cards and not cash. If they dont like it there then leave I didnt comfortable ordering. If you guys are going make sure the lady in magenta color isnt taking your order she was probably on her days too.

I guess I have had the same experience as the customer before me! I didn’t notice the “only two customers” sign among all of the signage on the door. The cashier rudely asked me to step out. I did. I came in and ordered two dozens and she sighed!!!!! Each dozen is like 20 bucks! Please explain to me why the attitude!? I would not be surprised if this was the same cashier another customer dealt with. I was ready to leave without anything, but I drove a 40 minute round trip to get cookies for family that’s here from out of town. The cookies are overpriced but delicious, but if this is the customer service I should expect when I go back, then I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to get cookies. The cookies are 3.5 star.... service is like -1 so I decided on 2 star review.

My family was forced out of the building due to company policy when the state is opened up.. with my wife and kids forced out made the ordering process very difficult. We were not greeted with a warm welcome, but with Rude policy instating attitude by the cashier got frustrated with me due to a disjointed ordering process as my kids and wife were outside shouting their orders to me. We orders two dozen cookies, and she was frustrated with every flavor we suggested, plus she didn’t even tell me my order was ready, just left the boxes it on the shelf giving me attitude the whole time. I would have left had it not been the promise I made to my kids to buy them cookies. The lack of respect is uncalled for. People need to stop forcing masks, but your a business, so do what you want, we won’t be returning.

I go today at 6:00 and ask them their business hours and the dude at the counter says we close at 1:00. I said how about yesterday? He said 12:00. The people you have working are closing early and locking doors, losing business AND they’re not accepting cash?!

Best cookies Ive had in a long time! I was a bit concerned with the reviews about bad customer service, but the guy I picked up my order from was very nice. I will definitely make this a regular spot to get sweets. The cookies are made just how I like them, theyre soft. If you like them a little more baked just stick them in the oven for a few minutes. But, I love them the way they are. Melt in your mouth! So good!

Tonight was the first time I had these cookies, and they are A-MAZING! I love that they deliver late and the process is all online. There are also options for buying boxes of cookies, which is dangerous! They have a nice selection of cookies. I think what I liked most is that they came warm, that is a nice touch! Perfect for any occasion!

The lady working was incredibly rude. She did not greet us when we walked in and instead told us very rudely to wear our mask correctly or leave. There are nicer ways to enforce the mask policy. These cookies are great but the deliver drivers have the worst attitude and worst service ever. I called to place an order, whoever answer me might have written the address wrong but I gave them the name of the business, the address, the phone number and department which that should be enough information. The girl who answer me even repeat the address back and department. The delivery driver-Britney called and was very disrespectful stating she couldn’t find the department. There is only one emergency entrance in the hospitals no special instructions were given and she was aware it was suppose to be deliver to a hospital. She made this ugly comment of saying ‘well ma’am you should have given the right address’ when i clearly told her and repeat myself where it should be deliver. I even offer to meet up with her and yet she was disrespectful. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Highly recommend, more so because its obvious the company cares about public safety as they have signs indicating only 1 customer allowed inside at any time and it was actually ENFORCED! Lemme tell yall something...hands down they have the best cookies in EP! Very Rude customer service. It was my first time here and I was asking for Sarahs help by asking her a question and she pointed to a cookie and said its right there with an attidude. I wasnt sure which one she was pointing to and she was very rude which was unnecessary. I will not be returning because of the customer service they have here. I use to love getting their cookies, but after going there two different times, I would say that they need to cook their cookies alittle longer.. I literally came home and threw them in the oven for a few more minutes longer... the outside is cooked, barely, and the inside is still gooey and still doughy... I didnt want this batch to get me sick like the last two times before... But the service was actually good this time... I always hate going there because the customer service is bad and this time I made an online order, rather than going there to find out they ran out of cookies and having to wait 30 minutes for them to make more. They should have cookies ready for everyone until they close and not run out by 11pm... when they are opened until 3am.. its ridiculous.

Absolutely wonderful! Places like this make me like living in the city. We ordered the peanut butter cup, the peanut butter chip, and the Smores, among others. They were delivered within 15 minutes by a very friendly driver, and they were just delicious! Will absolutely do this again!

The fresh-baked cookies sold here are the best thing for a cold night! Not to say that its only good to visit here in the cold, because they also sell ice cream and ice cream cookie sandwiches for hot days. Frequently popular and worth any wait!

It seems as more training would be helpful at this location. We walked in and after waiting a few minutes an employee informed us it would be a 20 minute wait for cookies. My husband and I decided that was fine considering we drove 20 minutes to get there. A minute later someone else walked in. The employee informed them it would be a 20-30 minute wait. A couple of minutes later the people after us placed an order. As they were placing their order the employee told them it would be a 30-40 minute wait. So in less than 5 minutes the wait time went from 20-40 minutes. After hearing the inconsistency with the wait times she was giving out we ended up leaving and going to Baskin Robbins.

My cookies were great and Ive been fine. But my friends got the cookiewich and have been dying all day. All three of them have been extremely sick every 2 hours and having an awful time of it. Im not sure what the deal is with the ice cream, but I wouldnt trust it.

Holy f’n bawlz these things were good! We picked up a dozen in a variety of flavors, we tend to do that with treat shops that aren’t near home, that way we can get a solid feel for their products, glad we did! Every cookie was excellent, texturally perfect for this anti-crunchy cookie guy. We will certainly stop by when we are in the neighborhood.

The cookies are overrated but when its late at night and you just want to have something very sweet and gooey taste pretty good. But you could probably make your own at home that would taste just as good.

First time getting - Took almost an hour and a half for 6 cookie delivery. Felt bad for the delivery dude. Cookies werent warm, tracking on app never changed from baking. Microwaved the cookies and they tasted pretty good though.

Pricing is around $1.75 for a cookie, less than what they charge for a bottle of water :PThat being said, the ice cream is solid and the cookies are delicious. I dont know if its good or bad that they deliver until 3am, because I can only imagine the weight gain my midnight cravings are going to bring.
