We loved customizing our ice cream sandwiches. The size was big enough for us both to share one. The cookies and ice cream are delicious! Everyone was friendly and patient. The atmosphere is super cute and they have a big, and comfortable outdoor dining area. The indoor dining area is small, so on busy days it may be taken. They have a lot of options for ice cream choices and cookie choices. :)

Tasty! Top notch customer service, knowledgeable of their menu and mix and match options! Honestly great priced too! Ample parking in the shopping center and they have a cute patio outdoor seating area! The flavors were perfect and you can get the cookies warmed up! I loved every last bite.

I have been wanting to come to this place for awhile now, and finally I did and I will come back many more times. The place is small, but the outside sitting area is nice. They have a lot of options on what you can get and you can combine it almost any way you want. The icecream is almost chewy. Every one of my scoops before it melted stretched a bit. Regardless, the taste was yummy, the brownie was good, and the cookies are the kind of chewy and sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, this is your place.

The perfect food on a hot day like today is a wonderfully sweet and deliciously chewy vegan ice cream sandwich. They dont aways have them showed on the list of cookie and ice cream available, but just ask. The ice cream was perfect cookies and cream and the cookie was both chewy and a little crispy.

Staff are very nice, I feel very welcome. They take time to introduce the variety for me, great combination!

Amazing! The cookies are TO DIE FOR and the ice cream is good too. It’s a really fun concept that will leave you wanting to come back to try new combinations of cookie/ice cream/topping. You can get a cookie + topping for about $8, which is pretty reasonable for what you get. A great treat for summer and they have the shaded patio open (even with COVID).

We were traveling so were getting there just before closing time, the staff was all so great and very sweet. All so willing to help and get your order. They were all really quick and made everything perfectly! I enjoyed my time and my desert, will definitely come back when Im in the area.

The desserts here are very filling. My husband and I shared a brownie bowl with salted caramel fudge ice cream. Our son enjoyed an m&m cookie sandwich stuffed with espresso bean ice cream. . That espresso bean ice cream was amazing! Both ice creams were so creamy! It was worth the stop.

My favorite was the buttery gooey cookie. My kids loved it. Only thing is I wish they had more forbid if ice cream. Recommended.

We didn’t got to order anything. One of the employees did not had a face mask on he was serving ice cream to costumers, all the ice cream he was in contact with is contaminated. When we were ready to order we noticed at least ten flies all over the uncovered cookies that are served to customers.

I have been wanting to go for a while. The place was clean and everything looked fresh. They had a nice variety of ice creams and cookies, including brownies. My mother had the Blackberry Crumble my sister and I had chocolate chip and ice cream sandwiches. She had mint chocolate chip and I had the espresso. They were a good size as well. Had to use a spoon near the end my cookie was falling apart. It was very tasty and enjoyable. The service was good as well.

Craved an ice cream sandwich. Hubby says he knew the perfect place. We arrived. Inside was clean and staff was friendly. I ordered brownies with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. I walked out and told my hubby, I will never be coming here again, mainly because of the price $8. Vanilla was not rich in flavor and the brownies were hard!? Halfway through, I slowly pull a 2 piece of hair out of my sandwich. 😑 I will definitely not be returning. I tried it...the end!

Was super excited to finally try this place out and what a disappointment. The ice cream was good but not great and definitely way way overpriced. Have had super premium ice cream on many occasions and this is no where near in both taste and quality. No kids options available was also a bummer.

This place was on my El Paso Bucket List of places to try! While it was good, I don’t think I would come back... it’s definitely a must try once experience though! I got a cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie with cookie dough ice cream and Oreos as my topping. I liked the chocolate chip cookie but the cookies and creams cookie wasn’t the best.

The employees were kind of ok at best not particularly keen to customer service. I asked questions about their products that they did not know they answer too- why was the bowl more expensive than the sandwich if they both only had one scoop of ice cream and the sandwich had 2 cookies while the bowl effectively had one? I ended up getting the sandwich since she claimed she could warm the cookie which is why I considered getting the bowl; nonetheless the cookie wasnt past luke warm so it was hard. And their cookies taste like sugar cookies with random things added to it to make different flavors 😒 I tried to eat some of ice but since the cookie was so hard and I didnt want just ice cream I threw most of it away. This place may be good for children with underdeveloped palettes and big pocketbooks but if you want that actually has quality this is not the place to go. 🙁

This is a cute little spot for cookie sandwiches. I tried the donut sandwich with bear batter and it was very delicious..The customer service was okay as I felt one of the girl staff was rude but later she apologized that she couldnt hear me well. Overall its a good place for cookie sandwiches..

Enjoyed a double cookie ice cream sandwich today at the Baked Bear. I normally dont do desert, but a friend told me about this place and we tried it out after lunch. I had a fudge bottom cookie layer, then traditional vanilla bean ice cream center, covered by a chocolate chip cookie and topped off by a beautiful matrix of hit fudge drizzle covering the sandwich.We all know that this is a special treat, and something we cant eat often. But when we do, we dont want it to be wasted calories. The calories are spent decadently, but not wasted on bad taste. The fudge brownie base was exquisite and rich. The vanilla bean ice cream was luscious and creamy. And the hot fudge drizzle made things perfect.The pricing on the desert here is slightly high, but not unreasonable. I spent $14 for two of the ice cream sandwiches. Everything is made fresh, and the place is clean and attendants are positive and ready to help you. Overall a very good experience.

Dude what?!? If you like ice cream. And cookies. And brownies. Then this is the place for you! And even if you dont, its a place for your friend or family member. So go with them. So good. But I like ice cream and cookies and brownies. They have probably 8 or 10 or so flavors of ice cream. And different, fairly unique flavors. Sure they have cookies and cream and cookie dough, but its not just like boring chocolate or vanilla and etc. Anyways, as it says, you pick your flavor to put either in between fresh baked, unique flavored cookies, or on top of a cookie or brownie in a bowl. And you add your toppings. I was happy with it all.

The red velvet cookie did not taste like red velvet. The toppings are nothing special and very limited. The ice cream selection does not pair well with the cookies nor toppings. This place can very well impress the type of kid that puts keptchup on everything but not the grown person that will have to pay for this overpriced experiment. Usually a dessert so high in calories leaves remorse but this one made me question even the way I spend my money. I shoulve gotten an ice cream from wendys.

Went there at 7pm on a Friday and all the employees were super sweet, offered me samples even though they were busy, and they genuinely looked like they were having a good time. Ice cream and cookies are really nothing to write home about but it definitely hits that sweet tooth craving! I had to wait a long time for my cookies and the employee stacked the newly hot cookies on top of each other such that they merged together. Negative: waited over 30 minutes for a dozen cookies. Positive: they gave me an extra cookie to make up for the freshly baked merged cookies.

We really enjoyed our first experience at Baked Bear. This place is the true definition of great customer service. They were so kind and they made my family and I feel so welcomed. We literally got our three ice- cream sandwiches for free and they were AMAZING:) This will definitely be our spot and how lucky are we to live literally five minutes away. I think everyone in El Paso should try their amazing treats. TRUST ME, YOU WONT GET DISAPPOINTED:) I rarely write reviews but this place is just that special:)

The place was packed probably due to it being new in El Paso and recently opened, the experience felt a bit rushed since the line was long. Overall the cookie sandwich seemed a bit over priced for me, 2 cookies and a scoop of ice cream is $5.75 plus each additional topping is 50 cents. Granted the serving is quite big and the flavors are good. One cookie is more than enough for two people to share.
