Update sep 20th/2021: wont be going anymore or supporting this business. Look at the the 2 new pictures of the controllers, 15$ for a controller thats not even worth 2$ .Update : more disappointed in prices and in the layout of electronics.Prices keep increasing!Come on pricing staff, this isnt really a fun place to go anymore when everything is 5$ and electronics are 10$ whatever it is. Serve the community right by lowering these ridiculous prices. Bring back 1$ stuff toys and 3$ controllers, 5$ clothing prices and everything else thats been marked up 25℅ more than usual. Im very let down by these increasing prices. Staff is awesome but whoever is labeling prices is greedy.
This store isn’t even good anymore after they got rid of the big selection of VHS, DVDs and CDs. I used to come here specifically because its the only store that would give you that wide selection of movies but they removed the VHS and only give you some CDs and DVDs so I no longer like this savers.
Very organized, staff were friendly. They had a variety of stuff to choose from. They had some good quality items. Gets a little packed cuz of the shopping center area
They pretty much resale items that have been donated but they arent that cheap, some stuff is very pricey.
Great selections just have to look, a bit pricey with some items but overall nice prices.
Fouind some treasures here. I love looking at everything.
Attended by Willy..hes a kool kid working there. Very helpful and respectful. Hats off to you sir !!
Fairly nice clothing for semi reasonable prices, considering how pricey Goodwill is now for clothing in not a good condition
Looking for Halloween costumes. Good selection
Prices are increasing especially when millions of people are still unemployed and some homeless. On some items, it’s just better to buy new at a lower or same price. It should be moreaffordable for many on a limited budget.
A lot of wonderful things to buy, just gotta take your time and look through
Nice place to shop but prices are high, some stuff priced higher than the retail price.
A good selection of stuff, clean place, but some household items are priced a bit too much for being used. There should also be more days for sales not just for seniors. Everyone should have that opportunity.
Went to donate before shopping and the employees are always very helpful! Because of covid they are asking that you place items in the donation bin yourself. Store is clean and well organized at least early in the day, and there are always treasures to be found there. Prices have gone up in recent years but the 20% of coupon you get for donating helps. Try to go when its not too crowded as people are not very good at keeping their distance in the aisles. Savers is one of my favorite places to shop sustainability and every location in town is unique!
Great! Nice and clean. A big, big variety. We had fun. Bought some nice stuff.
A lot of variety, most things are reasonably priced
A nice shopping experience thanks to the Cashier, Ms. Stacie, she was professional and fabulous!
Good visit, but getting very expensive! Cheaper at Walmart for new...
Very friendly customer service, competitive prices .
It was good. I found it to be quite expensive now than other years. Which Im sad because we try to find cheaper things we can afford and Savers isnt that great anymore. 😥
Its clean, its well maintained, and theres a fair selection. I mean, as far as thrift stores go, pretty awesome.
They have a lot of childrens books for a great price! Place is really organized and clean, better than other stores like Ross/DDS. Havent purchased any clothing but they looked like new. Definitely recommend.
Good prices and deals available for the whole family. Store is staying sanitary 😊
Their clothing used to be a decent price now they are gouging their prices are like buying new really disappointed.
You have to buy a bag. Still a good store. A little bit expensive for what I thought was a thrift store. Overall, its a good place
Very pleasant and curious. Very pleasant experience
Bring your own 🛍️, but other than that its a great place for bargains!
Love this store. You can find a lot of good buys at great prices. Take the time to look around.
The staff here is great but today I had a very bad experience I came across the rudest supervisor her name is Yvonne she needs to be sent to be trained on how to treat customers there always has to be one rotten apple to ruin your day of going to shop
This saver store was terrible they have high price is even more priced than the original places that sell the item brand new in the store and the management is very rude and they do not care about their customers you can voice your opinions to them and they give you the loop around and they say they will not change anything they prefer to keep their store expensive do you have a bunch of fake jewelry and sell it for absurd prices hoping that somebody would buy it which is very wrong of them because that one person who happens to buy the jewelry would be stick with it
Dont know why people are saying its pricey, I got 6 shirts, a romper, 2 jeans, and 1 pair of men shorts for 60$. Great selection, I love thrift shopping at savers its the best place to get amazing things for a steal.
I love shopping here. They always have a deal of the day (e.g. 50% off green tickets) I love the staff, too. I buy a lot of books here. Theyre buy 4 get 1 free (the most economical one is the free one) so thats always a good thing. Its usually well organized as well. Happy thrift store shopping!
Whoever does the pricing here must be on meth
Good suff, great prices, really nice and courteous people work there. 💯
I feel this specific location is excessively over priced compared to the other store in the Westside. The west side store has an awesome selection and very inexpensive. The east side store prices items more expensive than Walmart or Target at times.
Yes, the prices are going up but if you pay attention to when their sales are, for example - seniors get 50% off tuesdays and today was 50% off the green tags- it is worth it :) I wish they had opened up another register I almost left but the lady in front of me let me go in front of her bc she was just exchanging an item
Savers is my all time favorite thrifty store, always clean and the employees are always nice, I try to go there every Friday
You never know what treasury you are going to find....very polite and friendly staff
Nice place to donate
Awesome prices on lunch boxes
Ur was was on Ive never been there found a scarf very happy will visit again
Had a good used selection at a fair price with a friendly staff
Each time I come here thinking it will be better than last time, i get disappointed. Who wants to buy a used velt for 16 bucks, or a pair of used creased shoes for 19 bucks, seems like this store over prices everything. Im sticking with savers on mesa, it never does me wrong. The staff is much nicer and polite.
Lots to choose from at a great price. From clothes, to accessories, and shoes, to books, costumes, ornaments for your home, tools games etc. Its like a big thrift shop and you can find a lot of things for cheap of great quality. For example, most of their shoes range between $5-$20, some seem almost brand new and you know that they should be worth much, much more. Worth going and taking a look.
Savers is a great place to go if youre in the market for thrifty, second-hand items. They have well kept up books, electronics, clothes, trinkets, furniture and a ton of other hidden gems that have light wear at worst. While their wares may not be the cream of the crop for all your after-market needs, youre likely to find more that you like than dont, and come away surprised by more of the selection than youll want to admit.
Always a great buy with great prices. You just dont know what youll find.
The pricing system in this store is absolutely out of control. There is USED products here that are sold for HIGHER PRICES than what they would be sold if they were new products. Beware there is junk from Dollar Tree that costs more here than in Dollar Tree itself. Shop at your own risk!
Way too expensive for a second hand store.
My family and I have frequented the Zaragoza Savers store for years. In the past year the prices on used merchandise at this store in particular, have skyrocketed in comparison with the savers on the west side of town. Original price tags on many of the items are way cheaper than the savers price tag. Its disappointing to see such a young management take advantage of this store. The older staff are nice and have good customer service, however many of the younger male staff members are extremely rude and lack customer service skills. Not to frequenting this store anymore.
The Savers on the east side of town isnt as organized as the Savers on the west side. Still always fun to browse and kill time. You find some good items every once in a while...
I bought $300 dollars with of clothes for my children for under 100 bucks
PRICES WENT UP ALOT.
Prices kind of high for used items! Some items totally not worth it.
Management needs to come up with a better sytstem, in regards to having customers line up on mondays. On Monday November 11th . People were in line waiting for store to open. Some since 730 am.Before store opens people get off there cars and line up with friends or who ever will allow them to cut in. This causes others to get upset and become vocal. And peopne become rude and start insulting and even make verbal threats. This needs better crowd control and your manager needs to monitor the line or have staff monitor. Next time I will police and Tv station to come and see behavior .
They have a huge selection of books
More organized than Goodwill but quite a bit pricier. Clothes often are in bad shape but they have a rewards program and 50% off the entire store days so that sometimes makes it worth it. Cashiers have always been friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff is hit or miss.
Its pretty big. They have an ample ammount of all clothing for kids and adults. Some prices vary. I bought a real nice banana republic jacket there for 4 dollars one time. But cant beleive the prices on some of the other stuff compared to that. Its fairly organized and clean. Its okay, good to walk around and get lost for an hour or so.
Very clean place, good customer service.
My lord, why have the prices triple
I used to be here almost everyday. Not so much since the prices have skyrocketed in the last 2 years alone. Some marked prices are crazy. If you’re lucky you can find a few gems that slipped by the almighty price giver, but you really have to dig. It’s a shame how savers isn’t really “savers” it’s more like “spenders”. Then again, no one is forcing us to go. The Zaragoza location has been over run by people who think they are getting money out of each sale.
Its a typical thrift shop as far as quality. Prices can be a bit high though. Some t-shirts are priced like $5.99, $6.99 when theyre clearly very well worn in. But over all its an okay place to look for bargains. It is very big! And for the most part sorted by sizes well.
Best store and best store managers ever! This store also provides excellent customer service.
They really didnt have a good selection of books or clothes. Staff wasnt very helpful either. Place smelled funny too.
Pretty clean. A large variety of items and all extremely cheap especially with their daily discounts.
Expensive. Prices are high here.
Staff not friendly at all
What a joke to sell used junk for new prices. This place used to be a great place to shop to find a bargain but now prices are practically what you would pay for if the item was new. Plus one of the guy cashier managers in front here is a total jerk who thinks he is all high and mighty Psshhh! Please
Alot of people
Was surprisingly clean and organized. Wasnt a disaster like other savers and goodwill.
My only disappointment is that you have to take a chance on electronics. If you buy them and they dont work you CANNOT get your money back. 😔
Rooms were available to try on clothes its pretty clean and customer service is fast be prepared to pay 10 cents for each paper bag they dont serve you plastic bags anymore
Clean and well organized. Lost a star for having new Halloween decorations at outrageous prices. If I wanted my kids to beg me for overpriced junk made in China, I would take them to a Halloween store.
Good place for books, nic-nacks, other used things.
Love the atmosphere of the store. Workers are very nice abd helpful. You get more kids clothes than going to walmart
Organized and everything is labeled neatly. One star down due to small aisles and hard to get around others.
I really enjoy getting decent little things atAffordable prices that can fit my budget.
I love treasure hunting here only thing is that their prices are a little high for been used items.
My wife likes to shop here, theyre inexpensive and usually have the clothes she wants
Was great! Good prices and great service.
On Weds, 8/16 around 8pm, my spouse and I stopped into your Zaragosa location. There was a large woman in a pink shirt and green smock working as a cashier, that was pretty darn rude. I tried to ask a question because she was standing idly around and she looked at me, looked at my partner (both female) stuck her nose in the air and walked past me and started chatting with a male and female customer. She kept glaring at me almost with that dont bother me look. We were annoyed but found another cashier to answer our question. We finished our shopping and went to check out and this same cashier was waiting on a male and female couple...I think maybe the same couple but not sure. She looked at me with a dirty look and told me to go to 1, there was no line. I go to 1 and there are 3 people in that line. Start to go back and she shoos the couple along and shuts down her lane. I then watched while she walked over and started chilling and talking to a male co worker. We waited 10 minutes while she blew us off. You are lucky my partner did not call her out on this and embarass her in the store.I left there feeling discriminated against and so did my spouse. Shame on you.
Lots of clothes and at a decent price
Great 2nd hand store. Its always an adventure.
I get 50% off so I love going here :)
Helpful, friendly, safe, and clean assisted in my needs traveling across the country.
Savers is a really good thrift store. They have a lot of cloths and nick nacks.
Good selection thrift store but prices are much higher than Goodwill.
OVERPRICED. one of the managers (female with dark hair and glasses) is very rude and disrespectful
Good selections of Halloween costumes and accessories at low prices.
Nice place to shop, but jewerly prices are extremely pricey. Not to mention clothing..$$$
Usually pretty clean, good finds, and the employees are always nice!
Great quality on their second hand products, prices arent the best but good enough.
Its so cool theres a lot of stuff really cool
Excellent bargains on clothing, jewelry, shoes, handbags & household items!!!😃👍
Find toys for kids at a reasonable price even do they are over price in other stuff, people donate stuff,I think they should lower their process sometime they are higher than new stuff
Went to see about maybe getting a demin jacket but couldnt find it. The store was okay.
Selling very used costumes at doubled the price, their prices are outrageous for used costumes, they sell you the mask or prop separately, Wich if you buy at store comes out cheaper new, thats so messed up, torn, cut up, home made at very expressive prices. Not shoping here.
They are getting ridiculous in some of their prices, way over priced
Monday they have orange tag for one dollar. There is not a lot of it.They have..I would say the uglier items for $1 👎 Then I think A lot of the clothes is over priced. There selection is huge tho.
Nice PPL, good bargain s
