I just love this place. I pray they dont close it anytime soon. This ALWAYS happens in EPT. A great place than taken away. Lol. I am not even close to tasting a little of everything. Try it all. This place is absolutely incredible. Been there a few times and each time I grab something new. The menu options seem never ending so Ill definitely be making Social Ice my go to place for any sweets cravings. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful in case youre the type that cant make up your mind on what to get. This time around I chose to go for a chocolate fried ice cream on top a fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich all topped with fresh ripe strawberries... MY GOODNESS. I mean just look at those pictures!! Talk about heaven! Haha. Looking forward to my next visit!

We live 45 minutes away and we are always willing to make the drive to have some funnel cakes and frozen desserts. The first time we went it was about $27 for 4 items, I thought it was kind off pricey, but then we tried it and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Everything we have tried from the menu has been splendid.

Fun destination for a cool summer treat. I will be back with my kids and husband.

First time there ever, how have I never been here? So good! My sister and I each ordered their natural ice, one as a mangoñada and another in strawberry. As we ate in the car (we couldn’t wait) we both said it was a solid 10 and will DEFINITELY BE BACK! Amazing and quick service and it’s local— even better!

Very delicious fresh funnel cakes and fry food. They were busy when we walked in but ordered within 5 minutes and got our food within 7-8 minutes. I would recommend this place because all 5 of us were satisfied, we definitely should have shared! I loved it!

My son and I just went yesterday and it is delicious. I got the Reese’s fried ice cream and it tastes like a very expensive dessert. It needs more promotion though, I’ve lived in the area 36 years, my son has been going to Hanks High for 3 years and the only reason we saw the place was because we entered the parking lot by accident. Hole in the wall.

Stopped by on a recommendation from a friend and we tried the flavored ice, mangonada and fried banana split. Everything was awesome! I live on the westside and their treats are definitely worth the trip!

Just got my shaved ice. I recommend not to order shaved ice temporarily since they are not giving full sizes. What I just paid is not worth the Toby shaved ice thing they gave me. They should warn it’s not the same as when they were open before this social distance time. The rest seems ok just if you want a shaved ice go else where like bahama bucks

Locally owned, wonderful & delicious dessert spot. Lots of menu options and the prices are quite generous considering it is a local business. It is not a lounge place, strictly takeout. I will definitely come back again and again. Highly recommendable.

The flavoring they use in their ice is very obviously natural, and not that fake syrup most places use.

I love coming here, I go when I can because it can be pricey but it is so worth it. The customer service is always on point, and I love that if you stay inside to eat they will continue to check on you to make sure everything is still good. It is also clean everytime I come. I noticed they added another bench which is a plus.I enjoy coming here and always look to try something new.

These desserts and shaved ice are innovative, delicious, and for a good price. Try the Fried Banana spilit so gooood. My only complaint is there isnt much seating here but perhaps its what they want you to do...go outside! Good job guys! Owners should be proud

Love this place. So many options. Friendly people. I left my wallet there one night. When I realized it i went back after hours and a nice young lady was waiting for me just to hand me my wallet.

Incredibly good deserts i cant find anywhere else! All the funnel cakes are delicious and the fact that you can custom make them is even better! Everything is made fresh so its always good!

You have to go to Social Ice if you love sweets! Their menu is huge and full of yummies. We had their funnel cakes and were pleasantly surprised. They are amazing and feed up to three people! The staff is also amazing. Super friendly and explain every item and offer their favorites. They also gave my pup Oreo his very own dessert, which he loved! My girls, my dog and I will definitely be coming back.

This place has some good looking and tasty shaved ice treats. Had a lime shaved ice cream with cucumber and tajin sprinkled over it. Delicious. Will be coming back VERY soon.

This year by far was the best!! I loved the organization how the tickets ran- even getting ice cream was easy! The fireworks were the best and the bands superb Im looking forward to next year our new tradition since it started!

This place is good. Where else can you get a cup of snow, 7 days a week? They offer other things to eat too, but I only had the ice. Will come again.

Honestly why go anywhere else for dessert in El Paso? This place is great, I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Their funnel cakes aren’t really greasy how you’d expect somewhere else. They are made perfect in my opinion!

The snacks are good but the place is tiny. I would recommend getting things to go. Kids were under our table and the parents did nothing about it but I think they knew the staff. Not much room inside.

Very crispy, soft, and delicious homemade funnel cake combination. Full of flavor. They give you Huge proportions of fried ice cream on top of there huge funnel cake. They dont give you those tiny simple carnival funnel cakes......you can tell they specialize on these cakes and really amaze you and your taste buds, cuz they did to me. Take another person with you to indulge it 😋😋 .....cuz it probly feeds2-3 people.

Guys they have funnel cakes!! And not just plain ones, they have some with ice cream and Oreos...and fried Oreos!!! My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday, instead of a cake I got a funnel cake with Oreos and ice cream, it was delicious! And it’s cheaper than buying them at a fair or carnival. Staff was nice and the place was clean, thank you!

Their were advertisements on the sidewalk and on the windows for their shaved ice. Went in and they had signs saying that they didnt have shaved ice. Seriously? At least put a sign on the window.

No menu to hold depend soley on a chalk board and social media page for customers to order from. Not the best way to get your product to the consumers. Stopped by with another family pretty much didnt get to enjoy our treats.service was so slow by the time we ordered our treats our friends were finished with thiers. So slow and they just seem lazy, they could make alot more money if they didnt rely so much on looking at a phone, social media is on the way out some of us refuse to let our privacy be taken advantage for some shaved ice.get a menu with pictures please!!!!

Its a really small hole in the wall...like really really realllly small. Hopefully they can get a new location eventually because I would have never even known it existed if someone hadnt posted about it. Anyway, food was bomb!! But again, place is so small we had to take it home with us because no place to eat it if the couple spots are already taken.

Love their funnel cakes they are the best! However I was let down that the Takis, Hot Cheetos,etc. With cheese come in a really small bowl thats is not worth the price..they should indicate on the menu that they dont sell the full bag like I was expecting.
