The doughnuts are delicious, but wait times are longer than expected. Seems theyre under-staffed. Dont waste a cent on the iced coffees though. Any gas station has better tasting coffee. JS.

Took my 2 young girls inside for the first time to see the donuts coming down the conveyer belt. They were super excited to see the donuts being made then pick their own to eat. Always a neat thing!

DO NOT COME HERE . Horrible service I had a birthday reward and the old woman working kept saying I don’t have enough points she doesn’t know anything else to say . I showed her my app information MULTIPLE times and still nothing . In Spanish she was talking bad about me thinking I don’t understand. Her manager came a few min later and did not even greet us or anything the same woman Rudely handed us the box without apologizing or even saying anything . It’s clear she was only hired because she has some connection to the manager . The manager called and was defending the employee who was clearly in the wrong . Very unprofessional even though this is the only location in west El Paso either drive to the other ones for better service or even go to Dunkin anything is better than this location . If I could give zero stars I would .

I didnt like that they were out of glazed doughnuts when I went even though their hot and fresh light was on but I still enjoyed the doughnut that I ended up getting. The hot chocolate that I had was pretty good as well.

For as long as I can remember Krispy Kreme has continuously served warm delicious and one of a kind Donuts that the competitors always attempt to out-do, but never can, and never will. Theyre one of the very few out that I can proudly and confidently recommend to all because they have a number of various items on the menu besides just donuts - every single one of which I give five stars to.(P.S. for those who dont know, you can receive one warm grazed during walk in if the light on the sign outside is on, free of charge evidently. Why? Because they can.)

This place is awesome!! I love coming when they have their red sign on and I get a free freshly made glazed donut. This time I bought the new original filled chocolate kreme donut. It was really good! I usually have a bad experience with filled items because they usually have very little filling but this one was amazing and had enough filling on each bite. Highly recommend!

Not sure if this is a donut shop or not. Arrived at 8:30 am to buy Halloween character donuts and they ran out. Cashier said till supplies last. My question is, isnt this a donut shop? You supply the demand of donuts, no?.. Well I believe that if you have a special, you prepare a high supply. I will start taking my business elsewhere. Too bad, my kids were looking forward to them Halloween donuts. :(

We asked for cups of water- we were willing to pay for them- but we were told “we don’t do cups of water here”.Had to place an order for a dozen donuts and a small latte several times. Very poor management and customer service.

Went in for my free donut with my proof of Covid-19 vaccination card and couldnt resist buying an assortment of 6 donuts. I appreciate their selection and the fact that each variety is labeled with its calorie count.

I’m never surprised when I go back and read the reviews of a company after the experience I received today. Not one cold coffee, but a second cold coffee even after having to get out of my car and go inside the lady was a complete jerk.

I come to El Paso from Las Cruces on the weekends for work and always try to stop by this location when I can. I visited four times since September but 3/4 of those times I was disappointed. Either its just this location or the entire company that is very stingy with filled donuts. I wish I had taken a picture this most recent time but literally only one bite size corner of the donut had any filling.

Donuts and Coffee was good no complaints there. But their customer service was horrible! Couldnt hear over their loud music had to keep repeating the order even after we told them their music was too loud. Tried addressing it at the window and all she did was shake her head. So impersonal not to mention everyone with their phones in their hands. We were from out of town and this experience was really bad.

I went to this location this morning. I waited at the drive thru window, no one acknowledged me, so I went inside and told them I want to pay for my order because no one acknowledged me at the window. The employee at the counter got my box of donuts, he rang it wrong, so I told him to double check my order. He did before and he rang my order up. I showed him my military ID. He then rang it up, but he forgot to add my discount. At this point, I got really frustrated, so I told him not to worry because I wanted to leave. This are the same people who demand 15.00 an hr. How does one expect to make 15.00 an hour if they cant follow very simple instructions?

Went to purchase pumpkin spice Donuts they didnt have any. There was 4 Employees and all the donut trays were empty except for glazed .it wasnt like it was packed the drive thru was closed and only a couple was ahead of us .so what were these employees doing ?

I ordered a coffee and wasted a lot of time (they were heating the milk in the microwave, they didnt ask me but I have years without using the microwave). I canceled the coffee, bought 2 dozen, asked if they could give me a donut as usual and not They gave it to me, when I was leaving, two people arrived and they didnt have to ask for a donut when they entered. They had the hot sign lite so my wife and I went in to get a dozen. The handed us 2 cold donuts not hot. We still bought a dozen and told them when the hot sign on they should hand out hot donuts.

Very bad customer service, doughnuts sucked, dry and very chalky, there werent fresh and definitely not warm, even though sign was hot, its not even a production store, will not return.

I always try to visit when we go to El Paso and they had their hot light on so I definitely had to stop in! The donuts were so fluffy and warm! The staff offered us a donut to taste. Very nice and fast service.

After a 5 hour drive, I happened to stop by about 15 minutes before closing. They didn’t have my favorite (which for some reason I rarely find in Texas or New Mexico, but frequently find in Colorado locations) but they did have one of my second choice, which they didn’t even charge me for.Put a smile on my face after a long day, I appreciate it.Also, some police officers had a car pulled over next door and I watched one of their employees take a box of donuts out to them after they were done. Also a nice gesture.

The donuts are excellent but I the service leaves a lot to be desired. We bought two dozen donuts and tried to pay with card and cash and they couldnt figure out how. We were also the only two people who did not receive a donut upon entry. The people behind were at least 5 and they all got a donut. Very disappointed, will not be coming again.

This was my first time at this location and my overall experience was horrible. I only got 6 doughnuts and 1 more with a reward and they messed up my order several times. They tried to charge me for a dozen and I had to correct them and say my order again. Then they gave me the wrong donuts several times confusing the cakes with the frosted and vice versa. Since the store closed by the time I realized the mistake I had to go back the next day. I will never return to this location as they cant even handle getting 2 chocolate cakes and 4 strawberry sprinkle donuts correct after several tries.

Went with a friend and ordered 1 iced coffee with 2 creams, 2 sugars and 1 iced hazelnut latte through drive thru. When we got to the window, the guy said he forgot what we ordered and we were the only ones in line! Then after I told him, he got me a hazelnut iced coffee with 2 sugars, 2 creams and 1 hot coffee. My friend said he looked like he was on drugs and it took about 15 minutes to finally get our orders right. He asked me for a receipt, i said yes and he forgot to give it to me. This 1 star is really for the worker, not the franchise.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. They do not give fresh donuts when the red sign is on. They keep moving the donuts onto the conveyer belt to make it appear that theyre fresh. I personally recommend going to the one on the east side.

We were happy to be there for chocolate chocolate donut day. We try to never miss it, and the donut light was on so we got a free glazed donut too! Dont let the construction keep you from visiting.

The donuts are the only reason to come to this location. The drive-through is easy to maneuver, and its a nice treat to rely on after eating Mexican food or a enjoying dinner from a barbecue based establishment in the nearby vicinity.However, the people that work at this location after 5 oclock usually seem bored or lack enthusiasm. That is a sad fact because these people work around sweets.

Just went to get some doughnuts today Tuesday at 8:10pm west location next to chillis and had the worst service. I’ve never left a review before but this time I was like “ok I HAVE to leave one” if I only knew the names of the 2 girls that were there. They also didn’t gave us a doughnut when we enter the place when that’s the first time in my LIFE, and it’s ok we went through the embarrassment of asking for one and she even said “NO, right now we are not giving any” when the thingy was full of Doughnuts. Like WOW
