I purchased a bike for my daughters birthday that my husband tried to put together, but was unable to because there was a missing part. We took the item back to the store and there were no more bikes in tgr box, only 3 on the floor. The employee told us we would have to pay $10 more for that bike; as it was already put together. I ended up getting a refund and left the $30 helmet I was going to purchase. I walked over to Academy and got a better deal. Thank you Toys R Us for saving me money.

We ordered a car seat online to be picked up there. Apparently it takes over 2 hours to maybe show up on their computers. I did some other shopping, then went back & it still wasnt on their computers. At least then I got to talk to someone that at least knew what he was talking about. They pulled a car seat from the floor, I checked out, & then 4 hours later when it finally stopped showing as pending we cancelled the online order. Of course then we had to wait 2 f days for the $ to be put back on our card.

Good selection but they never rotate old merchandise so youll see the same unsold toys hanging for months on end.

They still have many items that are being stocked from their warehouse daily. At present, the percent discount is posted as 30 -50 per cent. The fixtures are also being posted as being for sale. It is sad that they are having to close their stores.

Horrible customer service. Employees lack training to ensure customers are charged adequately. Always have your receipt printed, even if you get an email receipt, and double check that you are charged the correct amount per item as the only way they can fix incorrect charges is for you to return to the store. According to David, one of the store managers, if you dont live in the area, then too bad for you. Another option would be to contact your bank, describe the problem, and ask if they can issue a chargeback.

Great products. Lots of sales! Only downside is the place looked rough on the inside.

They mislead me by putting different tags on a free item with a 30.00 purchase. I feel like I was ripped off.

Great place for kids..has best toy selection in town..from inexpensive items to a great variety of hobby, gaming,kids, teens,babies, depts.

My kids love going here. Only issue I saw was that they had great discounts on lots of toys. But come xmas time nothing is on sale. I get that retail trys to make money during holidays but it ruins the xmas spirit to know that the toys my kids ask for now will be full price come xmas time. Right like I am going to buy xmas gifts in June.

Excelent toy store. With huge selection. Friendly staff. No WiFi. Sells video games and baby furniture also.

Worst store EVER!!!!. Charged me twice because their registers froze. Made me drive back to the store for my refund then when I got there they tell me I wasnt charged. Then that changed to I was probably refunded and will have to wait a few days to see...... yet they made me drive back to the store the same day...... wont be shopping there EVER AGAIN!!

Disgusting bathrooms. There was feces and menstrual blood all over the bathroom seats. Toys laying around everywhere for people to trip on. Just nasty and very unkept.
