Humble Donuts is an amazing little dessert store! They have fresh made donuts with amazing toppings that are made right there in front of you. They also have Frozen Yogurt with a reasonably cheap price per ounce. Regina, the lady working the front desk is amazing and friendly! The place is very clean and welcoming. Will come again!

My wife and I happened to notice this place while driving by and swung in to check it out. We were immediately impressed as soon as we walked in - the place was very clean and the donut chef was incredibly polite and helpful. You cant go wrong with all the options. Honestly, we were so impressed that we tossed around the idea of opening something like this back home!

UPDATE: The owner followed up and was genially appreciative of the feedback and a cool guy. We chatted about the experience and it was great to learn more about their business model and adding donuts to the original business concept. He insisted in turning this experience into a positive one and treated me to donuts. Wow! The donuts are delicious. I used them as part of a charcuterie spread I made that night and were a hit with the family. I liked them so much I purchase two more dozens as gifts the following day and got positive feedback. Got no answer the first time. Tried again and got a voicemail instructing me to dial another number to place an order. I did as instructed, placed my order with a man and provided him with my credit card. Easy and fast. I got a call from a young girl stating her boss could not take my order and asked me to repeat my order. I explained that I just spoke to a man that helped me, took my order and payment and I was on my way. I arrived at the place of business and called and got no answer. So I called back the number the girl called from and she said she needed my receipt. I explained I didn’t have one since it was a phone order but confirmed it was charged to my card. She then said she called the other location and they had no order under my phone. Frustrated by now, then I called the number that was suggested I call from the voice mail and the man tells me my order is ready. He then confirms he’s at a different location. I then explain what happened and kindly ask that he have the location I’m at fulfill my order. He said that he can’t because they are under different ownership. I then asked that he please refund my money. He sent a copy of the receipt with my credit via text confirming the refund. Trying to support local and unfortunately this was not my day. I hope they can figure this curbside service out. Was really looking forward to trying this place out as I just moved here and live down the street. Stay safe y’all.

Love that these donuts are bite sized so you can get a little sweet treat without feeling so guilty! They have tons of flavors and they always come out fresh and delicious

Donuts are tasty but my goodness they are expensive. Mini donuts are like a dollar a piece. Staff was nice and polite.

While a “chain”, you have to drive hard and far to get to the next shop. How El Paso got 3 locations is beyond me. So...the donuts... not only the funnest choices on the planet, but are awesome tasting! The donut alone would stand by itself. The small size is perfect; don’t let that throw you off. Highly recommend. You show up with a box of these...yea, Hero of the morning for sure.Went again. 2nd time is a charm ! Again size is perfect for morning coffee fix. And again: absolutely delicious

I really appreciate the customer service here, it’s genuine! Had my order ready whenever it worked for them and myself and it came out wonderful. Super cute and special for any occasion.

Loved the detailed menu that had flavor choices, number of donuts, and pricing. The menu along with being able to text about your order made it easy to order a custom box. Only expected the donuts to look cute, but they tasted amazing as well.

Havent tried anything yet, but passed by it today, and it looked really nice.Looked very cozy, and a fun place to go with friends or a date. The manager and staff was super friendly too. They were offering me to get some Fro-Yo even though it was past their closing time.I will definitely edit this post upon getting something, but I definitely want to try it. Looks delicious.

10/25/20 The yogurt selections at this location are pretty nasty. The other locations have great tasting yogurt. I tried this one and I didn’t like any of them except the original flavor. The (low fat) cookies n cream wasn’t good, the vanilla bean wasn’t good, neither were all the others. I wasn’t happy with my purchase at all. Needs a whole new selection of flavors because they weren’t tasty at all.

Door dash pick up and they didnt have the machine on to recieve orders. They still were not to be ready till 15 minutes. Horrible feel sorry for the owner

Went in for the donuts. Ive never been to this franchise before. Pleasantly surprised and simply delicious! Donuts are about the size of donut holes. Theyre freshly made to order and the worker decorated each one by hand. Recommend the Strawberry and Cream, Mexican Churro or the Pistachio one. -Really they were all good!

I went in today at about 1:30pm, the staff is very friendly and explained to me how it worked very well since it was my first time there. The yogurt is a bit on the pricey side but so is every other yogurt place. Their coffee flavored yogurt is awesome! It also is a mini donut place which I’ll try out another time.

I wasnt expecting that mini tiny weeny donut size, but the looks and the taste was amazing. If you are looking for a nice and perfect gift, this is it.The icecream is delicious too

Yogurt flavors are really good along with their toppings. However there was a young man behind the counter who seemed to be an employee aside from the young lady who was there, not wearing a mask. That needs to be corrected.

I have been there a couple times and the staff is very friendly and the donuts are delicious. I like that they p customize donuts too.
