I originally ordered some some Patio Doors on 12/02/20 from BMC West LLC located at 12121 Dyer Street, El Paso, TX 79934. They went and installed the doors but the doors were missing the Locks and the door divider and springs. I immediately called BMC David Quintana who was my salesman to notify him of the issue so he sent someone out here. What they did is put a provisional lock which does not work either and said he ordered all the missing items. He said they would take no later than 2 to 4 weeks. Its been more than 3 months now and no one seems to be able to provide me an answer. I have called David like 70 times and he has been ignoring our messages.
