Not sure why the negative reviews. I went in and Johnathan helped me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t over sell me on anything. He gave me a realistic time and price expectation and both were as accurate as possible.

This store is out to make sales without any conscience on how they sell to customers. They tried to sell my elderly mother a phone even though the phone she had was still under warranty! I had a chat with the sales person there and she stated that the phone was out of warranty! Not true!! The phone was less than a year old and so I proceeded to call Verizon Customer service where they told me the phone in fact was within warranty! Please be weary of this store when purchasing anything! They are out to make sales without any consideration for their client base. Bad on you Verizon Bassett Center! Manager be aware.
They tell you anything to sell. I was supposed to get two rebates. Still hasnt happened. I was told my phone bill would be 40 dollars less than it is every month. I was told that the data plan I chose would be enough. Please. I cant even be on the internet for an hour a day without potentially going over my data so I have to not use my phone. Why pay over 120 a month for a phone I cant even use.Word to the wise. Do not buy from this place. In fact, just dont sign up with Verizon.
Extremely slow customer service. Didnt even get attended. No chairs to sit to wait your turn. What are you supposed to do walk around and be an idiot? Have some consideration for customers who are wating their turn.

I previously went in to verizons web site to check out phones and deals, I did a quick aplication and it came back with a $0 upfront payment for an iphone. Didnt do it online cuz I had questions about the plan etc etc. so decided to stop by and opend the account in person at this location, first the guy came up with 2 options, full retail price or 0% finance monthly payments, very similar to what I was offer online, the only difference was the down payment, he was asking $180. I was skeptical but then I realized the $180 would be deducted from the full cost of the phone and therefore the phone would be payed off in less time. Then he told me that the $180 was for activation and other fees and included free case screen protector and accessories...they lie just to sell you accessories, plus the guy never told me I was getting a binding contract with them in wich Im obligated to keep service with verizon for 14 months and if service where to be cancel I have to pay early termination fees. Verizon should take care of his potential customers, regulate and keep on eye on those crooked retailers like this one.
Sabrina the employee is extremely rude. She told us that she wasn’t going to speak Spanish because this is America !
Employees are too busy having side conversations and not taking care of the clients.

The attention is the worst, they take about half an hour to attend you, and if you dont think its something the chubby over there makes fun of you. Better go to be served at Verizon from the sources, there it did not take even 5 minutes for everything. And they treat you with great respect and kindness
