The best gun shop in the city, I have done multiple transactions and they give you the best offers in town. From trading to buying, no over pricing and great customer service. Paul is the man to talk to when it comes to trading but anyone will assit you.

I found this place at random because it happened to be close to my hotel. In the current times, I’m impressed with their inventory, but most pleased with their ammo prices. In current times, other gun shops are marking up the prices more than they need to. Collectors gun exchange actually had ammo in stock, and was not selling it at ridiculous prices. I bought all they would let me. I could easily turn it around online to sell it for more than double, but it’s for my own use. I appreciate they’re not taking advantage of the current situation.

Went in on a whim, it was a google search after the other places I looked at had little to no stock. I was looking for a practical CC. The individual who helped was knowledgeable, actually let me walk around looking while offering info on demand as I requested it. Quite attentive in my opinion, and gave suggestions based on my requests. Did not exhibit the common overly superior gun store staff ego. Great experience here, thank you gents.

They bought two used .38 revolvers from me and gave me a good price.I also bought a perfect concealed weapon; .380 Ruger 6 shot automaticthat is small, light weight, and surprisingly fits well in my hand. Only $300 brand new! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I love this store!

If youre looking for a new or used firearm, this is your go to place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and patient. They carefully listen to your needs and will offer advice as to which type of firearm will best fit you.I have been to many gun stores across the state. You take a number and wait your turn. The staff is inpatient and expect you to already know exactly what you want. These shops sell on volume and definitely not service. I first time visited this business and bought a shotgun on a whim. Bad mistake. Found same shotgun online for exactly $100 cheaper while shopping for accessories. No returns stated on receipt in fine print. Fleeced! Do your homework first.

If you are in need of home or self protection great place to start. Staff is amazing, helpful and they have some ammo.

I called in a day before to see if they were interested in a few rifles I was looking to sell and over the phone told me they would like to purchase the weapons I drove halfway across the city for them to look at the weapons and say they had zero interest in what I had then telling me to go to another store or a pawnshop. Very dissatisfied with the communication of their employees as well as the asian man for wasting my time

Their gunsmith is very knowledgeable, helpful and highly skilled. The custom work on the handgun I brought in was quite extensive and he was able to complete the request with surgical precision in a very timely manner. I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

I think this is the only place in El Paso where everyone in the shop knows what they’re talking about. Paul the owner and Eddie are always very professional and knowledgeable. Good selection in guns and always a good price.

If I could give this place 0 stars that would be more of the review I would prefer. My husband went in Saturday, got a price on a Scar 17s of $2500, it was close to closing, we discussed it and we decided to go back today... since they’re closed Sundays. Immediately the Asian owner came up to him and told him that the price he was given was wrong and it’s $5000.. talk about a big difference! Cody helped him and gave him pricing Saturday and completely changed what he said today.. I would never recommend this place to anyone as this was very unprofessional and inconvenient! Researching the gun itself it was only $3,000, they do not care about keeping customers and their service was beyond horrible.

Out of pure shock, Im writing this review to show someone out there that this staff can be very rude and standoffish. I literally walked in and told them I wanted to sell my pistol, the short Asian guy with glasses at the counter asks what I want for it, I say 350, he says go sell it somewhere else, we have too many already. While I understand overstock is a problem in itself, the guy couldnt have been more blunt and rude about it. No tact

Really nice service and went the extra mile when they did not need to. My son joined the marines and I broke an AR-15 bolt firing pin retaining pin. I called them while they were closing and bought 2 over the phone. They gave them to me after they closed because I drove from the west side. The only thing I wish is that more AK and HK knowledge gun smiths were in the El Paso area, but this has nothing to do with this place. I’d have to send a Vepr out of state to get a riveting bullet guide job.

I bring this guy a $700 dollar gun only shot 50 rounds he offered me $250 for it on a trade. Like really dude I rather keep my gun.
