The best for quality equipment. I got here almost weekly fir work and I dont know what I would do without them. They are the best. Best selection and good prices. Im very happy that youre here in El Paso. No more need to have to order online.

Today my son and I walked into this store for the first time, we were heading to the back part of the store when a young lady that works there was coming out of some back doors when she walked right beside us showing no manners not even saying excuse me when passing us, nor showing us any time of good customer service. We ended up not feeling welcomed being our first time at the store. The only employee that treated us nicely was the cashier.

I love this store I just wish they had oxbow brand chinchilla food they only have oxbow brand for rabbits and guinea pigs and hamsters expect for chinchillas!!

Thought I picked up two of the identical item because they were located in the same spot. The cashier was very rude about the situation, made me go back to get the correct item, and wait in line all over again after already waiting for several minutes. Went in for two items, came out with nothing as Im not going to spend my money somewhere that wastes my time.Responding to owner: I was excited when I saw there was a Tractor Supply Co. as I just moved here and TSC was always reliable back home. I wont be spending my money at this store.

Had to shop here quite a bit for a particular dog food but always felt uncomfortable and customer service was poor. Shop elsewhere now.

Rude people and violation of my rights....ADA discrimination.....never had issues with Tractor supply in other towns or states like Ive had here at this location in El Paso....Tractor Supply has lost a customer and I will spread the word about how your company treats people...SMH

I love this place. It has a large variety of merchandise; I shop for dog food, hardware, tools, lawn and garden items, and various other things I use around the house here. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Being part of their Neighbors Club (free) has some perks too. The one I enjoy most is their about quarterly 10% off coupon on everything in the store for your whole purchase.

I really enjoy tractor supply for lots of stuff. But the hi pro dog food is awesome. My dogs never get sick on it and never loose weight like on some of the $40 a bag brands. Half the price its worth it! We use half the amount of dog food because they dont have to eat as much of it.

Nice customer service. They had dog treats on hand for my service dog, which was an unexpected surprise!

Tractor supply has it all if your a land scaper or foreman, or whatever. Im not great in this area but they have almost all you need for your outdoor necessities. From gardens, to ranches and farms! This place is nice and the staff is very helpful.

This place has went down the tubes they won’t bring stuff out on the floor and their new employees are completely lost I now have to make the drive to the west side all the time due to the new levels of distain for Thier job

I get all my pet and gardening supplies here. Friendly and courteous staff. Reasonable prices. They always have what I need.

We went here just to find out what they sold here. We were amazed, found pet food and supplies, gardening supplies and tools also lawn decorations. They have some camping equipment, clothing for the family, some auto equipment, candy and other snacks. So the business sign can fool you, as we found out to our surprise.

Prices Have been Going up extremely fast in all dog food and chicken feed. Not so happy with this place now :( might start heading somewhere alse for that. . . .but they come up with good deals at times in other products

Place an order online, got confirmation order was ready for pick and then show up at the store just to be told, your order item is broken. I will not try to order online anymore plus Tractor Supply Co, you just lost a 5 year customer...

I have shopped at a few of these stores as I buy a lot of animal feed. Unfortunately, they are all the same. They seem to have a problem keeping things in stock, and if they have it, dont stock their shelves. I have to ask for what I want just about every time I go in there. They need to hire someone just to keep the shelves stocked. How hard is that? Very frustrating when you have to drive an hour to get there. Im considering shopping elsewhere for feed. Update: June 2019-Again, went to buy horse feed, my brand not in stock. I asked employee why they cant keep feed in stock and they were quite rude. I am now buying my feed elsewhere.

The products they carry are fine but customer service is horrible, especially at the cashiers, where they are rude and unfriendly. The store tries to convey an atmosphere consistent with that of a country store but the employees behave as if they were trained at the largest retailers store WM that sits across the loop. They are in such a hurry to get you out that they cannot answer questions. Heaven forbid they show you where something is that you have already searched for. It was once my favorite store but treatment is very discouraging. Stores in other parts of the country do not have noxious treatment at the end of the shopping experience. Tractor Supply Company is a traded company and one would expect better.Update: I have continued to shop there and the service has improved. The cashiers are friendlier than they were when I initially posted this review.

Love how this is the only store who gives dog treats for free when I end up paying for dog food etc this store is way better then any other pet store in my opinion

Very disappointed at service. Went for pain medicine for one of my six dogs the eldest is 16 years old I get to register and I tell guy good morning while keeping my distance he heard me he didnt response while I put my bottle of dog aspirin on counter for him he picks up but drops on floor next to my side he didnt say nothing just waited for me to pick up not sorry or anything. What is the problem with him

Good place for horse food or any pet food, not really any horse accesories like saddles or any of that just basic stuff like brushes. But plenty of stuff for dogs cats and birds.they do have lots of work equipment not to big, biggest would be a drivable lawn mower. They pretty much have garden care, animal supplies/food, tires, batteries,tools wrenches etc, and some rare or diffent snack like uncommon potato chips, also clothes such as work boots shirts pants gloves.

I love this store, it has practically anything you could possibly need at great prices.

These stores are more oriented toward working people and Farmers. They carry a more diverse inventory that covers the gaps left by the pet supply stores and the home improvement stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is where I get my baby chicks and all the feed I need to be successful. As of right now they are having a large clearance sale, some items are selling at 75% off. Must go!

Great selection of everything. Sometimes they sell chickens.They also sell vaccines for ur dogs to put ur self.Staff is always friendly and very helpful even to carry ur items out to car. Sometimes the mobil vet in parked out front for all ur furr baby shots.

Great service!!! Today I received a complete exchange for a water pump I purchased last August 2017. Why is this so great? Well the manufacturer ignored me but when I told the manager of Tractor Supply he said bring it to the store and I will give you a new one. I received it today the whole process was simple and smooth. I highly recommend This Tractor Supply on Alemada in El Paso Tx. Their customer service is out of this world!!!!!
