The sales associate Roger at this store provided excellent customer service to me and my son. My son has Alopecia and has worn the same cap for years and he finally decided to try and wear a new cap. Roger made my son feel very comfortable and complimented him with every cap he tried on. This for me as his mom, meant a lot more than Roger will ever know. Thank you Roger for making this experience a memorable one. You are genuine and I appreciate that very much. My son is standing a little taller today because you made him feel important. Great selection of hats/gear you just dont see in other stores. Excellent prices ($5 hats!) & Cool oddities like tons of minor league hats. Helpful staff as well.
