The new manager there was super rude to me, I was trying to find a hat and possibly get an embroidery but kept making comments towards me. Not only that you could tell she was High as a kite, as soon as I walked in you could hear her smoking something in the back room and the vapor followed her from behind. 100% don’t recommend going to Sunland lids, better experience at outlets. Lids needs to really do there checks when hiring these managers.

Other than a confusipn of online code redemption processes being combined with lids in store rewards discount being combined there was some good news that the employee did clear from the local location was that hats that arent no longer on shelf in store can still be available online.

The guy working behind the counter made a very rude comment of the one of the two caps that I bought I spent 49bucks and he said on everyone is guna buying these now jumping on the band wagon I mean I was already wearing that team on my head when I walked the store I dnt need to be judge by some overweight guy that dnt like his job Im not spending my money there no more I mean who cares what I buy he should be happy Im spending my money there I didnt even get a thank u
