Worst customer service ever,you all need to treat patients with tinnitus alot better, Dr.Dan Martinez with your attitude you should join the WWE not be in medicine👎👎.And yeah that so called rude tone came from you sir,,and no a 10 minute phone call is not a 20 minute consultation,and no just because someone is talking loud does not mean they are being rude as you say,its called tinnitus you delicate genius.And no this was not about the money,its your bad attitude,your response is definitely true to form.

I would never recommend any one coming here with any type of tinnitus and anxiety orders the owner is very unprofessional and rude and doesnt know how to care about certain types of patients is just worried about money which is sad when you come to some one for hope and help
