I am so happy to have found Sandra Folly. It has been almost a year since I went for my first evaluation. Several visits later I got my first pair of hearing aids. Were still tweaking the settings and tackling other issues as they come up, but the staff has never made me feel like I am a nuisance. In fact, they are glad I let them know what is and what is not working for me because they can better understand what I need and figure out how to get me there.I highly recommend Sandra!

It has been years that I been taking my son there. I been following them were they go. The ladies there are amazing!!! They have so much patience and they care about each person.

My husband and i were referred to this business by his doctor. The staff was friendly. The person who did the hearing test offered to get my husband a phone and other equipment to help him hear better through a program where it would be free of charge to him. We did not need this and so we decided to decline her offer and allow others who really needed it to get it. We were later referred to another agency to get help with paying for the hearing aids and it was at this agency that we found out that my husbands signature was forged by a staff member at this agency. The staff member got my husbands information from Southwest Hearing aid solutions staff member Sandra Folley. this person was able to show us the signature that was supposed to be my husbands and the staff member who forged it. Sandra at southwest hearing aid solutions gave my husbands information to this other agency without my husbands consent. I have made the complaint to the BBB and will not be doing any business with this person. My advice is not to do business with them because they will share your personal information and forge your signature just to meet their quota!!

I have to share the wonderful service I received by Sandra Folly, Board Certified Hearing Aid Dispenser, at Southwest Hearing Aid Solutions of El Paso, Texas. She is very knowledgeable and personable, and I appreciated the time she took to discuss my hearing aid situation. She was able to administer a diagnostic test and provided me with a new set of hearing aids.
