Came in at 9, ice cream is always good only thing that was bothering me. A girl was touching her mask and picking up her pants handling money and not once did I see her wash her hands. The guy also handling money and not once did I see him wash his hands or put on gloves. Both continued to handle ice cream without gloves.

Came in with my daughter to get some milkshakes, and was greeted with nothing but off stares by the employees as if I was an alien or something.. took forever for someone to even approach us and take our order, and when they did the guy had an attitude about it. I was overcharged $15 for my milkshakes, not too mention the whipped cream was frozen solid so it was all at the bottom of the drink.. won’t be visiting this place again. Awful customer service!

Went to cold stone in Zaragoza 1pm no crowd, one person ahead of me. There were 2 workers. I was not greater and one employee was on the phone and had a glove in his hand. I stood there for a good few minute was walked by several times. Id say someone needs to be taught customer service and as bad as I wanted the product, I walked out and wont be visiting any time soon

Was the worst experience I have had I’ve always loved this ice cream but not today the guy that was making my ice cream started making it left it on the counter went to the back came back and served it all melted and sloppy instead of making another one he stuck it in a second cup it was a horrible mess and what he put in my ice cream were not even what I asked for that young man needs to be trained properly on how to make ice cream 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

Rude!!!! tried to take my kids for a treat, Victoria and about 5 other girls behind the counter looked like they were so bothered to take our order, spoken to very rudely, disgusted, tried not to make a scene in front of my kids but I was BURNING inside!!! paid walked out tossed it in the trash and went to Baskin Ribbonsgreeted nicely and it was a nice experience for my kids, really if you hate your job leave! there are plenty of people that would be happy to have it!

Cold stones Ice Cream is immaculate, and the employees are just as sweet as the ice cream. The employees make sure I am greeted and feel right at home with the lovely personal conversations. The location is perfect and right by my house, very convenient. The choppings of the toppings are so precise and perfect, almost as if calculated and the employees do it without asking its very delightful.-Loyal customer.

I ordered recess pieces in my ice cream and it was all on the top the middle and the bottom

Ordered for delivery. Only received 1 of the 2 items we ordered. There was no call to let us know if something was out of stock or if the item was just missed. No communication at all. Not the first time this has happened either. Very unhappy with our service.

We experience a little issue yesterday at the store and the store manager handle the case prompt and properly, he’s a very good person and manager. Love the cakes and ice cream from this place.

I love this place, however, just now one the team members had a mask on but below her nose. I asked her twice to pull it up while making my order. She got annoyed. She started making my sons order and again she pulled down her mask. I asked one of the other team members to make my sons order since she refused to wear her mask properly. They all got annoyed. If were required to wear a mask in store while ordering then you need to wear yours properly as well! Extremely unprofessional and very rude.

These people are rude to the extreme. One of the emoyees, skinny not too tall, legit closed the door on my face. Worst customer service. Please teach your employees!

I love cold stone’s ice but the employees at this location are just rude. On numerous occasions, I don’t get greeted or even spoken to through the process of making my order. When they make it wrong and you ask politely to have it remade they get annoyed. I wish there was another location close to my house. They also don’t chop up the toppings into your ice cream as other locations do. They just cover them up and when you ask for them to chop up the strawberries for example they get annoyed.

Tonight the serving sizes were a complete joke!!! Weve been to this location several times and always enjoyed it. Tonight I took my kids and the ice cream was barely above the cone. Seriously one small bite and youre already at the cone. I told our server that we are usually served triple that amount. Her response was that she was worried it would melt into the cone. What??? Hello!! Ice cream is suppose to melt into the cone but not before it is even served to you. Good servers even push it into the cone and then add a scoop to the top. Three spoonfuls of ice cream is ridiculous even for a kid cone! Good ice cream but so not worthit!!! Well just buy some good quality Breyers or Blue Belle and mix-ins at the store next time and save a bundle!

The customer svc wasnt inviting & the older lady w gray hair on top was kinda rude & also put me 2 the side so her friend could pay when I was ready 2 pay & my smoke was ready. That really bothered me because my time is just as important as ur friends!

We came here twice (separate nights) to use our groupon coupon. Our first experience was good. The man who was serving us was very patient and made our coupon work! Our second night, last night, the shift leader was the one checking us out. She was not very friendly and when we told her about our groupon, her attitude turned for the worst! The man who checked us out before helped her and told her how he did our transaction the other night to.make the process easier. She was completely rude about it and very unwilling. We paid for our coupon, if youre not very friendly, you should not work in a customer service job let alone be a shift leader. We will take our business somewhere else.

Very disappointing experience, they advertise outside on a huge sign on the window 10% military discount to lure you inside then when you are about to pay they tell you they cant give you the 10% on the order . And as if that was not enough they dont even fill up the ice cream All the way which I think they should if they want to charge almost $20 for a half gallon. Very unfriendly staff on shift today 03.15.16 at 6:25pm. Service members and their families shouldnt be fooled like that.
