Whenever we go The Fountains at Farah, we go here to get ice cream. I especially prefer chocolate, strawberry and pistachio and coffee because its less ingredients which makes me think healthier option 😅 well, better than nothing right? Anyways it tastes better than other places obviously and price is reasonable i think. The cones are delicious too They also have cold coffee with ice cream options as well. Its a great alternative in hot El Paso days and nights. The staff was always helpful.

Got the worst customer service from a gentleman named Dylan. He was very sarcastic with me over the hours of operation. I highly recommend the hours be updated and your staff be trained to lock the door once the register is closed down for the night. There’s nothing worse than feeling belittled by someone who should be courteous based on their line of work.

It’s been a month or more with out the waffle cones and that’s really why we go there to eat ice cream it’s also incredible, but please bring back the waffle cones, the employees state that the machine broke but no signs of bringing the waffle cones back, the ice cream is great and staff is always helpful

Went for some ice cream after shopping at 8:55. Had open sign, sign that said closing at 9. Employee stated we are already closed, when asked about the scheduled times she said they where closing early.

Came here for the free ice cream day and I have to say this may be the best ice cream Ive ever had. Unlike other ice cream places the ice cream here is NOT saturated in sugar. It is delicious scrumptious and in no way makes you feel bloated afterwords. I recommend anyone that hasnt tried it to come over as soon as possible.

I just love this ice cream. I tried the dulce de leche, toasted coconut caramel and rocky road ice cram flavors and they were awesome. Its a bit on the pricey side but the taste and the convenient location make it a must have after a nice lunch or dinner if youre at The Fountains already.

Went on a Sunday evening for a sweet treat. Both the Fountains and the store were busy. Went inside and they were sold out of cones and one type of ice cream. I asked a young man if they had more cookies for an ice cream sandwich, he said he would check and went into the back. When he came out, he had a handful of cookies in his hand with no gloves and I noticed that he had wiped his face on the way to the back. I also saw another worker eipe his face. I respectfully declined to purchase anything and went to Menchies.
