The staff is very friendly and helpful. the place is very clean, they have a lot of options for your sweet cravings and even for salty ones.Not my first time, I just keep coming to discover more delicious options 😋

Hidden fees.Despite not having a sign they charge you 4% of your purchase for credit cards transactions. Additionally they charge you $1 extra for not getting ice in your drink and of course they won’t tell you unless you notice the extra charge on your receipt. Just raise your prices instead of looking for all the different sneaky ways to charge your customer more. Unbelievable.

One star because no stars is not an option... We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and were told that they werent selling churros any more because they had just cleaned the machine 🤦🏽‍♂️ and they were pretty rude about it as well. But luckily, this is how we discovered Churros Frontera in segundo barrio. Wayyyy better customer service!

I’ve been a loyal customer since day one🤤 and I go almost everyday. Oh boy! let me tell you that their Ice Cream is so good. I have tried flavors that I didn’t know they existed🤯 or could be made into an ice cream. When I go I always come out with 3 to 5 different things. The girls are sweet and always have an answer to all my questions.🍨💞

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean and brightly lit establishment.Some of ice cream flavors they have are cajeta, avocado and gansito. Plus the tamarindo apples are generously prepared with peanuts and tamarindo.

Reminds me of Juarez paletas

I’ve cream is good . Clean . My 4 year olds top ice cream fell from the cone when she gave it to my son. She stared at him and said nothing . I asked if he could have another she said yes but I’m going to charge you again full price . Full price for one ball is kinda of a rip off but what ever I guess it’s company policy . I was waiting, two people got in front of the line, I was like ok what ever . I enjoy the ice cream but I wish there was more organization .

Super slow service (half an hour wait!). The lemon water tasted very bad. It is nothing like the lemon waters of La Michoacana. Also $ 4 dollars for a water made with syrup that tasted like Gatorade?!?! The popsicles were not bad, but the water left a very bad taste in my mouth.

All very rich. Very clean. Excellent service. Always very kind.
