Went to get the battery of a watch replaced. They broke the watch. The back piece rotates, the face would be scratched to hell if there wasnt a face protector and the watch no longer even ticks.Their solution was to give 50% off a new watch.The woman who helped was Connie.

Kathy took five fossil watches that I own troubleshooted, battery placed and even set the time and date to all within a expedited manner.
