Paid upfront with my debit card for uniforms at work through this company on 8/31/2015. Told I would get order in 2-3 weeks. Never got order. Was told they were on back order at the end of September. Asked for my money back, was first told by a sales rep named Bill on 2 different occasions that I would get a refund. Never happened. Contacted the general manager Hector who told me they had no way of giving a refund. I then had to have my employer contact them to negotiate a refund. Had to give Hector all my debit card info so they could refund my money. Waited 3 business days, still no refund. Contacted Hector who said I should have my refund by the end of the day. Guess what its 10/22/2015. Still no refund. They basically stole $82.81. Hopefully the BBB will have better luck getting the refund for me cuz all I get is a bunch of lies to get me off the phone. Its sucks because Im pretty sure my employer has given them a lot of new business this fall and this is how they treat their customers.
Bad service all year around. Sam the delivery guy he’s really bad communicating to the company about stuff. On holidays they won’t even bring a flyer to let the employees know when it’s the next linen pick up. Wander how many contracts they have.
