Theyve helped me out so many times and I cant count the times theyve helped me fix something on my bike or my brothers bike or my sons bike and didnt charge me a dime....class acts

Horrible experience... 1 year waiting for him to fix my motorcycle... after one year of waits had to pick up my motorcycle.. always was asking and communicating with the shop.. and always got a give me a few days... will be ready in a few... very disappointing.

Took my bike out of storage after a year+ and found that gas was leaking badly. They took it right in. Had them replace battery and do an oil change as well. Had it back in a few days, running great. Very good customer service at very reasonable prices.

Did not tighten nut on front wheel axle after tire change.

In September 2018, my husband purchased an air breather for his motorcycle. We never received the part, as excuses were constantly made. We paid a total of $410 and, to date, have only been refunded $100. My husband was told the part was coming from China and there was no tracking number, etc. Finally, we purchased the item from a reputable company in the USA and and received it within a week. After a couple of months, my husband was told that when Busted Knuckle gets their money back for the part (they supposedly returned), then, we would get ours. Were still waiting. Also, when my husband had tires replaced and an oil change, his motorcycle was returned with a scratch the aluminum rims. After speaking with other people who have tried this business, it was noted that they paid for parts never received or refunded.

I brought my Custom chopper there to have some simple work done to it and it took them 3 months to get me my bike back they charged me $300 after initially quoting me $180 to rejet my carburetor and to do a very poor job of installing cheap LED tail lights that ended up melting the wires from poor placement under the seat not long after i got it back where I had to do the wiring myself. Not to mention after I got my bike back my starter didnt work at all when it worked perfectly fine before I dropped the bike off, had to spend hundreds of dollars on a new starter. Dont go to these guys go elsewhere.

The Busted Knuckle did what Barnett Harley-Davidson said was not possible. There was more skill, respect, and customer service given to me here than I was given at Barnett as well. I appreciated the knowledge and the straightforward answers that I was provided with and the advice as well. I feel that the price was fair and that I was on the road in less than 24 hours. Thank you Busted Knuckle, you will be the only motorcycle shop that will service my ride.
