Very fair! Looks for the most honest way to fix your bike. Highly recommend! I won’t take my bike anywhere else!
Ive known Rich for a good 17 years having been directed to him by coworkers. Like the others post he is a down to earth honest person who knows his stuff and wont take advantage of anyone. Ive recommended him to many and never known anyone to bad mouth his service. He is the only one Ill run to when I need something done on my bike...
My motorcycle has had issues with a misfire for three years and has been getting progressively worse. I have spent nearly $1000 in that time at 3 other shops trying to figure out the problem and had no success. Everyone assumed it was an issue with the fuel system.I pulled up to RPM motorcycle and he walked out and goes its getting too much oxygen and then fixed the bike in a day with 2 pieces if painters tape. He offered to fix it with factory parts if I really wanted to go that route but I went with the 10 cent solution over the $300 solution.Honest mechanic who REALLY knows bikes.
We stopped in El Paso to address some pressing issues on our two DRZ 400’s.The countershaft seal on both bikes were leaking and we needed to change the chain and sprockets for highway riding as we were on a road trip to Tierra del Fuego. We googled local bike shops and struck gold. Ritchie Monroe is our new best friend. Not only did he get all of the parts delivered overnight, he fixed everything on our list in two days!He is proficient in both electrical and mechanical work and has an eye for detail.Thank you Ritchie for getting us back on track so quickly! If you need motorcycle work done in El Paso, Texas, look no further than @RPMMotorcycle#aboveandbeyond #jobdoneright #thankyou #yourtheman
I gave them a call to let them know, how I was having problems with my 2012 Kawasaki zx6r, they recommended me, DIY(do it yourself) as a friendly way to say how it can improve it and if it doesnt work, take it to them to fix the problem. Ill keep update on how my bike is, havent had a chance to ride the bike but did improve from using their advice, they are cool and friendly
Ritcheys an excellent mechanic and overall great guy! Never disappointed
I went in to get my z650 checked out and the owner was super great and gave me so much info on my issue. Fixed the problem in 5 min. Turns out it wasnt what I thought it was at all. It was my first time there but I know if I have any more issues I cant fix myself thats where Im going. Good honest shop
I have been riding all my life and I always have at least 10 in the garage. Taking a motorcycle to Richtie at RPM for work is like being around veteranarians at the Kentucky Derby, that can see an horses knee isnt quite right from the grandstands. When he puts his hands on a bike it is often just to confirm what he has already seen is out of place, bent, or wrong. And, in spite of being at the top of his profession, he charges fair and honestly all the time. I didnt say he is cheap. I never wanted a cheap mechanic, I want one who is always thinking. Because being a mechanic that handles my R1M and my Repsol and my Hyabusas is handling the machine I need to keep me alive at high speeds. After 20 years of Ritchies care I wont let anyone else touch my machines. Ritchie is not a master, he is the master in El Paso.
Richie is awesome! Honest. Fair price. Great work. Highly recommended.
Ritchie k knows his stuff, explains what he doing how it works and is very fair
I went to RPM motorcycle because of the great reviews. I was a little skeptical because of how high they were, but decided to take a shot anyway. I was NOT disappointed!I made an appt same-day and was able to get my oil changed. I was blown away with how much care was taken for something so simple and routine. It’s really refreshing having someone work on my bike who cares about my bike as much as I do.I recommend RPM to anyone with a motorcycle.
Been here throughout the years and always have had a good experience, the owner is very upfront and honest about all work and no hidden fees. Very professional and fast work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done to come here.
Owner of the place really knows his stuff. Fair prices and excellent quality work.
Had wiring issues for some after market turn signals on my 2007 Triumph Bonneville. He was able to diagnosed and resolved the wiring issues the same day at a reasonable price.
Richie has been working on bikes his whole life and is extremely passionate about doing a job well done. He makes sure everything is done correctly and will not commit to a job if he does not think he can complete it at the highest possible standard of quality. You can trust your bike with Richie.I was crossing the country on my 1981 CB750 when I ran into a charging issue. Richie had my bike running in 12 hours and I was back on the road.
Ritchie knows his stuff. Good work.
Had a Kawaski Ninja that was in my garage for 2 years and needed the carburetors cleaned since it wouldnt go past 10mph. The business owner/mechanic was super professional, very knowledgeable, offer a lot of advice and tips to take care of bike, and very fair. I turned in the bike on a Thursday afternoon and it was done by next Saturday and charged $192. I will definitely come back again.
Couldnt have picked a better place. Rich is an extremely honest guy and extremely knowledgeable. He will not try to rip you off and will leave ur mc in a much better condition than when you brought it in.
In my honest opinion, you should not be taking your motorcycle to anyone else if you live within a 500 mile radius of the El Paso area. Ritchie is a one man shop that works the pace and distance of three. You will get you bike back done correctly and in record time. Please let him fix your bike, do not tell him what is wrong. Tell him whats going on, and let him fix it. You will be happy with job and price for that matter. He explains everything in detail, and he is very friendly. He will take a moment to chat with you about anything. I am glad I found his shop and its an honor to be able to have my Kawasaki ZX14 repaired and serviced in his shop. Thanks Ritchie for all that you do to keep my bike in top notch condition. Have you notice the other reviews? Can we all be wrong? I think not.
Richard was super at helping me with my Baja tire issue!!!
Mr Monroe is knowledgeable and stand behind his work. His rates are affordable and it was a pleasure to do business at RPM. He diagnosed and fixed a faulty fuel pump. Good service.
Great guy. Great customer service and hes honest
Great service and prices!
He knows what hes doing and knows what it takes to fix your problems. Not like all the other repair shops that see you as their next monthly lease payment. Hes a real honest repair shop you wont find a better price .
Riche writes his own reviews on google to make him look good . I went there to get some fork seals replaced he was the rudest person I have met he is the most negative person I have met went and took my service else where, would never recommend him to anyone he can keep frying his stinky fish instead of helping his few customers he gets and acts like a total idiot
I have taken my XR400r and XR650L here and he has always explained everything well and taken care of my bikes issues. usually minor stuff i brake on rides. Great customer service, patient, very fair prices, and just a genuine good guy, I will be back for another dirt bike tire soon
Took my brand new 09 Suzuki Boulevard for the 600Mil Service... This man not only works great but treats you like a lifetime customer and now I will become one. I had called reputable shops my dealer (Santa Teresa Motorsports), Kawasaki, Mr. Motorcycle and no one compared both in price and attitude... Richie even took an extra 30 min. after the deal was done to explain other things he found that I should be doing to better protect my baby. All at no extra cost. I feel more confident of this mans work, and feel its far superior and more diligent than my own dealers service mechanics. Take your bike to this PRO!!!
Rich is a good man who does what he says and always provides excellent service. Ive taken three bikes to him for various repairs and have come away completely satisfied.Rock on Rich!MB
Richie is not only a Bet but one of the few and hard to find honest mechanics in general. Only problem is that he wont want to work forever!
Hell of a guy answered all my questions did a minor adjustment on my 1972 Harley .And sent me on my way would defiantly recommend for any bike repairs or maintenance .Still honest ppl out there .
Very honest and proffesional. Pleasure getting my work and repairs with him.
This is a small owner-operated local shop. I was a new rider with a flat rear tire on my new Honda Shadow. He repaired the tire for me and while he was at it he inspected the bike also. He found several adjustments that the dealer had failed to do at the recent 600 mile initial service and he took the time to point out a few maintenance items for me to keep an eye on. He treated me like he was my personal mechanic, not another warm body with some cash like I was treated at the dealers. I highly recommend his shop.LarryEl Paso, TX
Excellent service, very nice owner
Awsome customer service very knowledgable tech.got my zx10 back in good time and the price was really reasonable recommend to anyone
This guy is by far the best in El Paso hands down. Freeway is number 2, but refer to number 1.
The most honest person you will ever meet. There arent many people like this man anywhere else. He fixed my vespa and left it like new again. This is where you want to bring your motorcycle. Im definately coming back here if i ever need to.
Knowledgeable tech with fair rates.TX inspections.
Straight forward and honest. Wont take on job he is not confident of.
Great work done by one of the most straight forward, honest guys around
A lot of experience wrenching on bikes.
