Yesterday my mom and I decided to go and buy a clay chimney. We made sure to ask if they would help us load and tie onto our vehicle. They proceeded to say they do offer that help. Today we went and we got a very different response from the day before. As we were going to buy $250 worth of decorations they said they would not help us load it or tie it. Came home very disappointed without decorations but that’s their loss.

Great selection of outdoor patio. Didnt find my 7 piece I was looking for. Takes 5 weeks to get if ordered. You would think they would at least carry one set.

It’s hot so I understand BUT if items had more prices posted I wouldn’t have to go back & forth to bother the employee inside to get me prices.

I bought a light pole at this store but as I needed it I a hurry as I had some people working at my home and this light was to replace an old one, the manager asked me to pick it up the next day so they could paint it the color we choose so asked us to pick it up after 1 pm, the very next day we decided to call firts before going and no one answered the phone nor even called back responding to a voice message I left. The next day my wife decided to go to the store in person at 9 am (as thats the time it shows when you look over the internet for the store) but after a 40 min waiting she decided to drive back home, she called several times but no one responded so I called back after 10 am and a lady responded, said that they open at 10 am and when asked about previous day not answering calls she said that they closed early because of the wheather (tip: it would be a great thing that if you asked a customer to come on certine time and youll decide to close the store, at least call that customer letting them know so they dont call and receive no answers or drive and find location closed); well, when finally got the light pole they gave us 4 pieces of glass and a socket with wires but:1. We didnt know how to put those glasses, we had to call them and they said they need to be glued, guess what, pieces dont fit correctly so we are having a hard time trying to fix it to fit (next time you sell something like this please make sure you give instructions to the customer and make sure pieces of glass really fit, seems that most of the problem is because the welding process.2. Socket has thick wire and is too short compared to the lenght of the pole so we had to go and buy electric wire to make it the required long.So in my case customer service was ok when buying but not that good after that, just cant imagine an eldery buying something like this and ening up to a do-it-your-self process. Price for this light pole is fair but saw some other items extremelly expensive; I liked the light pole but I was more looking for something that I just needed to connect and screw it to the floor and enjoy which was not the case.

Came during business hours to throw down some big bucks and they were closed. No answer on the phone. 🤷‍♀️

Live this place! Has the feel of a pottery flea market-you can take your time walking thru and browsing for just the right thing! We have purchased many pots and a couple of chimineas from herexand the prices are the best in town.

Items were ok, had some weathering from being outside. The problem is that this place is very over priced. They wanted triple the price of what things cost. Might as well go to Albuquerque and pick things out for those prices.
